I have e-mailed them myself last night but only had the automatic reply with the ID number reply so far.

I am not 100% sure if I should have 5 or 6 boxes. I have 2 from a deposit I made and then the rest are from days where I have played 500 hands that day although 1 day I am not sure if I did 500 so it is at least 5 maybe 6.

I asked this to support and I got a confusing answer back:

Please note that the casino bonuses you received thanks to the Magic Box promotion have a playthrough of 50 with 20% contribution. The winnings resulted from these bonuses will be transferred to your Real balance after you complete the wagering requirements.

While a casino bonus is still within playthrough, the eventual casino games winnings will remain in the casino balance of your player account. This means that both your casino bonus and its winnings will only be visible when you enter a casino game.

On the other hand, if you do not register any winnings from casino betting while your casino bonus is still in playthrough, but on the same time your real money balance is not 0, then all bets placed on the casino side are deducted from your real money balance until this one reaches 0.

So I will first cash out my pokerbankroll before playing with the side game bonus. Because if I understand it correctly they will substract any losses from your pokerbalance...

But than I'm afraid that if I do that and lose the bonus money and in the future deposit that they will still substract losses from my deposit.

Anyway I am disappointed about this promo and will cashout once my (poker)bunus is released.

When I first joined and got the $10 free to play side games that they give every customer I fell victim to it then and lost $10 of my poker bankroll to roulette.

Rather than cashing out what I have done since whenever I have a side games bonus is find an empty table like a stud limit where you can sit with whatever you want and put your whole poker balance on there and then sit out.

It is quicker and less hassle than cashing out if you still want to play on the site after.

Yes, one of the boxes is from playing 500 hands on the 14th, I contacted them and they replied saying they would look into it on the 15th.

Today they have sent me an e-mail saying that they have transferred my file to the relevant department for further checks and they will let me know.

I don't know if it has anything to do with them sending me an e-mail addressed to "Michal" but there is obviously some mix up. Hopefully it gets sorted soon.

In the mean time I will keep my fingers crossed for a big prize in one of my boxes.

I made deposits on 11, 15 and 17.12.
Today is first day I logged in BonusBox because I expected e-mail, there were no games inside and it should be 6 unless they are expired or something else... ♠_confused:

Strange things happens with these magic boxes... I got some magic boxes, opened them and won some things. After few days I started to not recieve magic boxes. It takes a day or 2 to be credited to your account.

So far I have tried countless times, been on support and told my acc was locked.

They unlocked and said try again and no good.

I then had to reset my password and guess what...

Exact same problems here.

Additional to the above post...

Now locked out of Poker Client, what a waste of time.

lol just come back to post the same. Now also cannot log into the client.
