Sigh. Just got my ass handed over to me over 1.5K hands on NL5 too. All types of bad beats, every villain rivered a flush, gutshot, or my QQ would be in vs KK, etc. all night long. Lol. A nice reminder of why I failed to make it pro in poker so many times. Anyway, totally on tilt now. Uninstalled all the programs. Whenever I feel like it I'll restart. Fortunately I quit with $100 left in my account, and with the speed poker bonus I'll have around $125. Right now don't want to even see a poker table for a while.

I guess I overplayed yesterday. I think I played like 3 or 4K hands. Hadn't grinded that much in at least 3 years. By the end of the grind I think I have disadjusted my ranges, was playing too many hands too fat, had gotten overly aggro, didn't believe a single bet any villain was making, etc.
Anyway, a night's sleep fixed everything. Back in it and crushing NL5 again. Went back down to 3 tables though to concentrate better. More then doubled my stack on every table I had opened.
BR up to $120 .. should be receiving sometime today the Speed poker bonus for last week, so I should be up to around $150 BR .. which is pretty close to where I was before the adventurous poker weekend I had.

Sounds like you wasnt playing your best after a longer then normal session. Your be amazed how much them lil mistakes add up unoticed.
Do you have any stop loss limits in place currently?

Hehehe, thanks for the support. LOL. Actually I had erased all the access icons from my desktop and start menu, didn't actually uninstall the program, so I had to go into the folder to find the icon to open the poker client this morning. :f_p: 
Yeah, I guess this has always been the hard part of poker, maintaining consistency. Just one bad day can bust your br if things go out of control. I don't have a daily stoploss, I was taking a shot at NL10 and it coincided with an overplay/tilty day and busted a good amount of BR. I had originally planned to go back to NL5 at $150 BR, but I didn't follow the rule when I got tilty.
Quickest. Break. Ever!
Set up a session stop loss though! Could save you a lot of $$$ in the coming months!

A new rundown on my stats. 3B is superlow, I think I'll introduce 3b w junk Ax and Kx and connected suited from the blinds at this point, although I've found lack of preflop aggresion so profitable on NL5 so far that I'm hesistant to make any changes to my current play style. But I definitely need to get into the feel of 3betting again if I plan on passing the test in NL10, even if it drops my bb/100 on NL5. I've settled for something like 37/31 as of late. Steal success remains above 50%, so I guess it's no surprise it's profitable to play this loose. W$SD has decreased a little, proportionally to my WTSD% .. gonna keep a close eye at how I'm picking my showdown spots.

It's been a pretty frustrating week. Just when it seemed like I was out of the woods and crushing speed poker again, had another downswing, which wiped out all of my gains and a bit more of BR for a monthly BR low. After that have been pretty much breakeven over 4K hands with a slightly ascending plane.
I couldn't understand why my edge had evaporated, when it was so evident. I finally started thinking, analyzing stats, and yeah, I had committed the capital error of loosening a notch. Just that 2 or 3% extra calls and raises with complete trash was my big leak. So I've tightened up my range a good bit. From co I'm not opening any two any more, probably around 80% of my range now, took out the complete trash out of my range. And in mp went back to an extremely tight range. I think that biggest leak was loosening up in mp with trash, I was constantly caught OOP with useless hands with which I was only bluffing and those little losses added up.
Anyway, I'm confident I've plugged the major leaks. I just need to persevere and slowly build up BR again. Current BR $130.
Other news is that I'm getting another free BR on another Ipoker site, Gala Poker. Since my Coral poker bonus is over on January 15. What I think I'll do is withdraw from Coral and deposit my $$ in Gala like that I have a double bonus (the free BR bonus plus the first deposit bonus). With a double bonus I should be able to build a nice BR for NL10 within the new month or two.
Current graph, filtered for NL5 only. Counting the 6K hands I played before dloading HEM, I have played over 30K hands on NL5 in this comeback.
Just checked my stats in the last two days, I'm playing 31/26 VPIP/PFR. So I definitely tightened the range a little.

Why don't you rather deposit and clear 200% fdb on Coral and then play on Gala? Or maybe just leave the money on Coral and clear fdb on Gala. Unless you don't have enough money to deposit at the moment.
Keep the head up and continue with your best game. Don't be greedy and think too far ahead...playing your A game is much more important. Don't rush it then it will come. Crush them!

Getting U$S is impossible right now in Argentina. In fact I don't know how I'll cash out if I ever reach a decent enough amount to cash out (I guess I would cash out $1K if I had 3 or 4 K). The only option seems to use a virtual credit card to pay stuff over the net. Getting physical foreign currency cashed here in Argentina is not possible.
You're right, I hadn't noticed Coral has 200% bonus, I'm going to read the small print to see if I can withdraw and then redeposit that same money after I clear the Gala bonus.

When you run good you run good. I had spotted this bluffy fish earlier. My 3b call in position was a little loose w 25s but I figured any suited trash would do to stack this agro fish and it did.
Hehehe. This is how it's done. ♠_cool: BR @ $180. Time to decide whether to take another NL10 shot at $200, wait till $250, or my super duper safe plan, wait to $300, starting to implement increased 3 betting already in NL5 from the point I reach $200 BR.
Major heater. Reached milestone $200. :f_cool: Really, really happy about my play level right now. Just need to keep this up. I'm slightly leaning towards another NL10 shot right now. Will decide tomorrow when I sit down again.
