Have you contacted Poker770 support regarding these issues?
Seems like this promotion has been nothing but trouble for you guys?
Im now able to log into the client and play. Ive earnt more Magic boxes today but am still unable to see if i have them or unlock them as i cannot log into the .swf page. I get the same messages as users above.
Support have replied to me and managed to get me back playing but the promotions are nonexistant for me at present and seems no progress there.
Yoanna, would you mind telling me what is going on with my complaint reference 536696. It is regarding being kicked out of 2 $5 buying games when playing at the same time, I shut pc down and logged in again I had to MANUALLY find the Tournaments the click to join the table which was then empty- This was after 3 hands in one tournament so there was no way it was finished. The stacks were sill showing in the lobby as well but table was empty (this was a single table SNG not MTT)
I am getting really tired of your poor company IT and even poorer "pass the buck" customer services which are appalling to be polite about it.
As this thread is regarding the "magic box" I would also like to point out that I have not received any from my deposit on the 26th December but then again I am not really surprised as I have been waiting for a response to above complaint since the same day as the deposit.
Also if you could kindly advise what hours your "24/7" Live Chat are? Because it sure seems like 24 minutes per 7 Days.
After finally getting a hold of Courtney on the live chat she advised it has been looked into, I am yet to get a response to any of my emails.

I have done my 500 daily hands but nothing has happened and Im not sure what I should do as I have understood that it was automatically done from the room but maybe it isn't like that

I logged into magic box and did about 20, til I got bored.
Doubt they will credit any of the prizes to me tho! Must be a bug in the system......
I did mine last night and got all 770 points and $75 side games bonuses.
You have to wager it 50 times or something before you can use it as your poker balance/withdraw it.
Does anyone have any tips what is the best thing to play where I would have a chance to get something or is it impossible to ever meet the requirements on casino games?

In the past playing perfect Black Jack is a game with least loss (google strategy for how to play)
*but a lot of casinos have increased the amount you need to wager on BJ and some other games. Be careful and read the terms fully before starting. Also as suggested earlier move your poker bankroll off the site or onto a table and sit out before starting.

no sign of the prizes yet though.

Unreal some people are able to log in yet nearly a month after the promotion started some havent been able to claim one reward. Absolute joke. Will be moving skins had enough of the same copy paste messages telling me to try again.
I am sick to the back teeth of 770!!! I won a $5 side game token which if u win u need to play through 50 TIMES to use in poker. I didn't win THIS is the part that has really annoyed me- the $5 that I spent on blackjack came off my POKER account!!!!
They take any money that you have in our account to cover the side games!!! Ie unless your account balance is 0 you will be spending your own money!!!! NOT the token you have won!!!
