5 folds, CO raises to t300, 2 folds, Hero ??

Folding it's out of question IMO... so my options are just calling and hope to hit the flop... or 3bet shoving... or am I too deep for that?

You also could 3bet to sth like 650 and fold to a push.
Cbet stats could also help..

I dont think flatting here is good with this stack. Its either a fold, small 3bet/fold or push and in most cases I probably push here for max FE.

I normally flat here! You get wonderfull odds and with kjo you're not dominated too often!
