How many buy ins should i have to play 30 players sit n go or
30-man SNG. Is that the correct name?
Or 90-man SNG and 45-man SNG.

I'd say 50+ and prob around 75 to be safe. It also depends on personal circumstance and also how many you're playing at once - I know for some people having 30% of your BR in play through so many tables is quite hard to handle mentally

I would recommend 100 buy-ins for all multi-table tournaments/SNGs 
The more, the better and the safest option
