So my question to you is how do I prepare? I guess I 'll check if software/headset is working properly, record coachings + prepare a lot of questions about spots where I'm unsure. Anything specific I should think about?
I always do 90 mins these days session as I think this length is optimal for a private coaching session.
Make sure you are well rested and got enough sleep. Don't eat a lot directly before. Have some water prepared cuz when you talk a lot, you need to drink a lot as well.
Always have HEM pre-loaded and prepare (mark) hands.
Make sure to have a fast Internet connection and to use a good Headset.
A few days before the session you should already start taking notes and prepare questions. The more you have, the better.
