With 3bb left I feel Im ahead of a 5BB BU shove range,can I ever fold here as Im in
the SB with so little blinds.

you cant fold here, even if hes shoving so tight (which would be ridiculously tight, you have an ace!) that you arn't ahead you don't need to be with so much dead money in the pot.

This is a snap. If the next BB was on like 12 BB though. I would fold here and try and open shove next hand to get through the blinds.

Bu could shove:

41.8%, 22+ Ax+ K2s+ K8o+ Q5s+ Q9o+ J6s+ J9o+ T6s+ T9o 96s+ 98o 86s+ 75s+ 65s 54s

and you could call:
19.5%, 44+ A2s+ A7o+ K9s+ KTo+ QTs+

this range against him!

So a5o is a fold here in terms of icm!

and 41% are unrealistic on lowlimits... I would give him more like 35%
35.3%, 22+ Ax+ K6s+ K8o+ Q8s+ Q9o+ J8s+ JTo T8s+ T9o 97s+ 87s 76s 65s

so we can just call:
17.9%, 44+ A2s+ A7o+ KTs+ KJo+ QJs
