Hi all.

I play NL400-NL1k. Im from Spain, but Im currently living in London cause the tax situation of Spain.
I was planning move to another place. London is nice, but i've already been here for one year, its really expensive and the weather sucks.

So i just wanted to know how is the tax situation of countrys like Austria, Croatia, Czech, Hungary...and which are the best options.

Thanks!

Slovenia obv

Not expencive (especially compared to London). Avg net sallary is just below 1k EUR, and that can tell you average living expenses. Poker winns are tax free for players.
Hot in summer, cold in winter. If u live in capital Ljubjana, you have 1hr drive to the coast for a swim in the summer, and like 30mins drive to closest ski resort in the winter. Everything you wish within 1-2 hr drive overall. And if you like more beautifull sea or some heavyer mountains, than you take 2-4 hr drives to Croatia/Austria.

Some day in Slovenia maybe we will have to pay taxes for poker earnings but you are a hero here if you don't pay taxes so it doesn't really matter if law changes.

So Slovenia is great place for you

Thanks for the answers.

Im not sure about Slovenia. There is a law where they say that it is tax free for poker winnings? Or it's just that there isnt any law, like in the most of the countries in Europe?

It sounds good your description of Slovenia :)

Thanks!

In greece poker is tax free for sure. On average with 1.2k dollars you will make a comfortable life so i guess we are cheap too

Other destinations i guess are Bulgaria, Czech Republic and Malta

Slovenia is much better than other countries.. life is cheap, low criminal activities, from Ljubljana you can reach mountains like Alps and sea in ~1hr by car and this summer you can go watch Eurobasket
