All jokes aside: Please make sure that your operating system has all available updates installed, including updates for the Microsoft .Net Framework.

Please let us know if updating your system helped.

Uninstall, reboot PC, and install it again. Usually it helps with almost any program

I updated netframework and everything runs fine now.
