Pre-flop seems fine. On the flop I would cbet, just too see where I'm at in the pot, if he calls I would just give up. I think the turn call is fine since he can have bluffs in his range, but I would just fold on the river as played.

Hey Adam!

I would not say its a must to cbet this. But on your limits I see every gutshot and 10x hand calling.
So it should be a valuebet (40-45% pot)

Honestly I'm not sure we can muck river. Villain could bet any qj, kj, k10 and stuff like that + airtype-bluffing hands! If he's unknown fold is fine imo. If you know that villain can bluff and has an agressive approach I would think about calling the river!
