VAMOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Simply writing that wall of text about my tilt already helped me a bit. There was a session a few days ago in which I lost about 5 bi and then started to get played back at everywhere, I thought "am I really going to lose it after just writing all that?" and made a comeback.
I'll try to start the days from now on doing some study instead of playing.
Vamossssssssssssssssssssssssssss
No, seriously, I'm glad it helped already. Sounds good, what studying will you do? Maybe before you get super detailed just simply look a top 5 biggest pots from day before, make it bigger and bigger each week until you're looking at some pre0defined stats.
I'd also love to view all of the sessions you have done over the last week in a list with your vpip/pfr in each of them so see how you change depending on if you are winning, or if you've played a long time.
lol!
In an ideal world I'd learn to use CREV and model game trees for trouble hands from the previous day ![]()
I mark a lot of hands everyday, but I never get back to them haha so actually doing it even it for only 3-5 hands and using some Equilab would be a start.
Also plan on developing game plans vs regs using the "vs player" tab. Will help my note system.
you've just played a hand (30min ago or so)
where you called a 3bet ip vs blinds with AJo, checkbehind 234flop. bet turned straight halfpot at turn and river (your villain had AK).
I was just sweating villain in this hand and we discussed about whether it would be good to overbet all Aces on the river.
some assumptions:
1.) You never bluff river after villain calling turn
2.) you got more 6's in your range than villain
So, when you bet river it's always a valuebet. Villain can't call anything but Ax, making it a split most of the times. Isn't it a good idea to overbet all Ax and 6x on the river to maximize the value of your 6x ?(assuming villain calls all Ax)
If he isn't calling Ax you print money^^
One argument against this line could be, that you valuetown yourself against villains 6x... But I think there aren't many 6x in his range and you will still be calling if he's x/raising river.
Maybe you can look for the hand I try to talk about and post it here. If you have some comments /other ideas would be great to hear them:)

Pleno there are the last two weeks. I couldn't find a way of getting rid of useless columns. You can see there are four really bad days right after the best one (top is more recent, down is oldest).

I agree, I don't like how I played it. I bet small to try to get a call from worse, but even $35 is too much and won't work as a value bet and since there will be quite a bit of Ax in villain's hand once he calls turn it doesn't work as a bluff either (in case I had a bad hand) so in hindsight it sucks imo.
Overbetting definitely seems superior. What size would you make? I think I'd like betting different sizes with 6x and Ax (85 in the pot, 213 behind). I don't think I need to be balance my sizing here unless I've been overbetting frequently. So bet bigger with Ax to make him more likely to fold chops (jamming would be too much imo, 2x pot should accomplish the same) and smaller with 6x to get called more often (1.5x pot, perhaps).

Great! Keep on doing that. If you find any other issues or hurdles just let me know and ill try to help. Writing things out, facing issues head on and putting that work in releases so much pressure because we we feel back in control. And since you brought awareness to the issue you also found out that you were able to consciously take action in session to "willpower" through it.
Keep up the good work
I'm thinking about the technical aspects that are giving me the most trouble lately.
Overall I feel I'm (1) playing weak (not barreling enough) and (2) calling too much postflop.
(2) has always been a problem of my game, as for (1) I've been waaay more aggressive in the past, perhaps bad results have made me shy, so gotta work on that.
As for a specific scenario (filtered today in hem and I'm losing a lot, even though sample is small because it doesn't happen that often):
- how to play pre and postflop against small 4bets (usually happens SB vs BTN). It's a spot where I 3bet a ton and they 4bet really small so I have to defend a lot by calling because shoving shows a bad risk reward, and (could be wrong) imo it's not a great spot to min5bet (which I do BTN vs CO if the initial preflop raise is small enough).
I was going to list and give more details on a lot of topics but this will do for now.
A few examples:
1) Villain 28/21 1.4k hands, opens 40% from CO and folds 33% to 3bets overall. 4b range is 3.9% (42), 7% (14) from CO. I have no reason to believe he's going to 4b/c super wide though , so here I surely want to 3bet AQ for value but the EV of flatting his 4bet should be superior to jamming, having him fold his bluffs and stacking off against what could be a tight range. After missing the board I'm not sure what my plan should be. Initial reaction is to call one and check down unimproved (should beat his worse Ax at showdown).

--------------------
2) Villain 21/18 4.8k hands, opens 56% from BTN, 4bet range 2.8%, from BTN 5.6% (44). Any chance flatting is profitable? What about a low suited ace or a speculative hand with bigger cards like J8s? In case we fold, how small does his raise needs to be to price us in?

Very interesting, on almost all of your losing sessions, your 3bet % is higher than on your winning sessions.
Likewise your WTSD is lower in your losing sessions than in your winning sessions.
Your PFR is generally a bit more as well, although marginally, is still consistent.
Interesting that as the month went on after a good start and bad middle, you tightened up your initial stats that were at first very profitable, do you think this was because of confidence? Or did you do something v small/small tweak to your opening ranges?
That is apparent as your 3bet is lower now, but your vpip is lower too which doesn't seem to make sense?

1. How come you've started to become more passive?
2. Since you doubt you know this is a situation that you need to work on. So make it a part of you session goal to mark these hands, post them here maybe and make that weakness into a streangth.
Could higher 3b in losing sessions be that you are trying to build pots to get unstuck?
