I think when you right click there's an option 'export with stats' or something like that... I've moved to PT so not 100% sure!

Just some examples on my 3bet game and how important cbetting is otf no matter the board and AA stats

AA

3bet results

Cbet flop villain(s) folds

Why did you filter for cb = true, saw t = false?

Obviously that graph is going to look nice lol. The problem with cbetting too much is what happens after the flop imo; you end up barreling too much and in wrong spots or giving up after flop.

I agree with you on 3betting though. My 3b stat is ~12%. Although I don't agree you should be cbetting the whole time in 3b pots. Because your up against tighter ranges and have less spr so contrary to popular belief you don't have a huge amount of fold equity. Plus in micros so many 3b spots are instantly profitable that you don't need to cb, and cbetting too much is turning those +ev situations into -ev ones...

edit: I haven't seen your hh's etc. so don't want to generalise too much but I think that shows with your b/e showdown line in 3b pots. And obv not having ago with you, just giving my opinion.

Right click on hand, then copy with stats, then paste it to hand converter, then convert then paste here...

Actually holmeboy, cbetting 100% is very profitable at micros. It gives you long run profit which is important.

@holmeboy
i did filter cbet flop didnt see turn. Yes obviously that will look good. Just pointing out that even on NL5 everytime you see a flop and cbet against nits (main playerbase on fastfoldpoker) you will get easy folds even if you just agressively cbet or donk your 3bets. Some player slowplay or check or even check behind on scary flops if not hit. Thats wasting money as turn might change it all. Thus always cbet the flops. And when you play lag you see more flops and take in these small streams of pennies which add up nicely. Just showinf how playing lag seeing many flops give you many opportunities to steal these small pots. A lot more than when playng taggish game with 16/14 stats.

And that how often the flop hits villains range he raises ur cbet. As it is tight range hits flop rarely and these nits play fit or fold so u get good amount of folds on these games.

Longer way. but shouldnt have a problem...

Right click "save to hard drive", open saved file, select all, copy, then paste it to hand converter, then convert then paste here...

Maybe???

I didn't mean to say cbetting isn't profitable, which it is.

All I meant to say was using that filter doesn't really prove much. It shows cbeting makes money which in fairness is obvious. But adding saw t = false is like me showing you a graph of all the hands I've played minus the ones I lost...

I think this proves my point nicely. For a chat on nl2 this conversation is getting way too in depth. Putting people on ranges and such is all well and good, but when that guy who plays 16/14 decides he wants to fold AT in mp but then call 5x pre with T8s because all that's going through 90% of nl2 regs heads is "duh, pretty hand" and then crushes you because you put him on a reasonable top 16% of hands, you'll be left wondering where your stack went.

Even on fast fold games I don't think you need to be so sophisticated. Never the less to each his own. Practicing lag now will make you a better player later.

verre my point exactly. Kearn to lag and learn the habits will b ev+ for pokercareer. U get used to the swing ealry on its better and less tilting. And playing tag against nittag is just boring and really doesnt improve ur postflop play. And i am strong believer micros can be crushed with laggy games. I know its silly to do and put as much effort on these nanostakes than what i used to do on nl20 and nl50. But learning the habit now makes it automatic when you keep it up and move up the limits plus thinking about ranges now will make it easier in the future as u can put the ranges up withou too much effort.

So okay just played a session. Still the variance doesn't want me to win when I am ahead vs bad players. *Sigh*

My start of the month looks like this. :(

I think you can definately find a fold on the turn on the first hand. His raise range is basically pure value. You beat basically AQ exclusively.

Second hand is much more standard. Half stackers make that play with many worse hands.

This.

I really like how you played the 2nd hand, especially that bet sizing.

First hand is a fold on the turn. I was expecting him to show 9x lol. Qx is probably just calling down

The guy looked relatively tight, and 9x was a bit a too loose for him, and given that I was certain he has Qx, especially AQ, because 4 is total brick and when I cbet turn, he can be sure that his AQ is good against any other Qx I might have. Just how I was thinking.

not that its a big problem, but im probably betting slightly less on f&t
also, as played, turn is kinda a crying fold imo...

u block a huge amount of gutshots (although i doubt he is the type he'd take this line with them), with OESD he'd be 99% of the time just calling or folding the turn, if he wanted to merge or thin-raise some AQ/KQ - which makes no sense although, he would have done it on the flop (i dont really expect him to take any other line than c/c, c/c, c/think about calling river here with the Qx), so u cant really expect him to have anything worse than 9x here imo....

i know its tempting, its not really much more to call/jam but you have to b/fold here vs a minraise

and if he bluffs you off or raises and pushes you out with a worse hand here 1/100 times, then u dont really need to worry about it

Feeling quite sick right after my session, my temperature went quite high and hot stop. Can't post the graph atm as I'm on laptop and my poker stuff is on PC. Had a good session btw on normal tables. Finished with 3.5BI roughly over about 600 hands I think.
