What are the specific thoughts that steals your focus away?

Hey guys,
Sorry about not updating, I'm little bit ill at the moment
I think my problem is one of those Primož mentioned:
"Do you have too many things in your head, so your mind constantly jumps from one to another?"
I can't mention any specific thoughts - it's like random things from everyday life.
Also sometimes I decide to check e-mail, condition in stock markets, news etc.
Not sure how to fight against that. Maybe load more some more tables+ block internet

Be specific!
Write down every time you catch yourself lost in these random thoughts. You will start to realize that many are repetitive. Some will have an emotional undertone such as worry, irritation or concern. Map it out. What you are actually doing then is bringing attention and awareness to where there usually isn't. Then you will much quicker catch yourself doing this and you wont waste as much focus and energy on it.
Also start meditating daily and you will notice that you mind starts to slow down and is more anchored in the present moment. Also obviously tremendously beneficial for you poker. Mindfulness
Hey again!
A good idea would be to start writing these things down!
If they get in your head, they probably want your attention. If you constantly think about something, you probably should deal with it in some way. But if you don't write it down, you will just forget it and it will come back to haunt you later on.
So what you can do is write those things down constantly during the session when they get in your head and review them/take action about them after the session :).
You can also try brainstorming anything that is in your head for a couple of minutes to ensure that your head is really clear and ready to focus on poker. By doing that, you will lose focus less and less with time :).
What do you think?
