My suggestion would be to make smaller, separate popups for each group of stats.
One for steal detail,
one for 3Bet detail and so-on.
I would not be able to use such a huge popup efficiently.

Blind defense. How to defend against reg who steals 40+ range. Obviously his range will be very weak if called, but is calling and playing oop is the best play? If they fold a lot to 3bets, when we can 3bet wide, right? (how wide, and what hands to choose?).
If they call a lot to 3bets, that means, that they will be playing weak range in 3bet pots. But still, I'm not sure how to proceed in these spots.

I've been watching your weekly coachings recently and I realise you squeeze alot, and very comfortably too. It seems like you are able to get it right almost everytime even though you have zero stats on them and it's a limit you don't usually play at. Why is so natural to you? It's so beautiful to watch. If I could squeeze as profitably as you I can easily add some bb/100 to my WR.

You can use the HUD for 20 hands to get an indication, if somebody is 0/0 and you have TT then probably flatting flop, if somebody is 97/85 then I'm probably 3betting. So very few hands for GETTING AN IMPRESSION ON OUR OPPONENT.But for stats such as cbet % then we need more hands, generally more than 300 is good initially, if you want to make a good read 1k+ and if you really want to analyse somebody then 5k+

The two main things though.
1) Haters, haters gonna hate, but heros gonna prove them wrong
2) Luck, going on a big winning streak when taking a shot and thus allowing me to learn poker at stakes where I respected the money.
I seriously devoted a big part of my life to poker though, but I wouldn't change any of it.

You are playing way too tight dude. Need to open those ranges.
You need to see your ranges progress and develop through the positions. You are basically raising the same OR LESS from MP as you are from EP. You can now open the best hands you fold from MP.
From the cut off/button, if there is tight regs, open really, really wide, they are generally terrible and passive so will struggle to deal with your aggression. If they are fish, tighten up and open hands that dominate them.

- WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU GET OUT OF IT??
- WHAT DO YOU FEEL IS WASTED??
Popups need to be PERSONAL. Some guys can have 100 things on their popup, others like to have 5-6, ie very few. A popup is not for Christmas, its for life and we need to get the best out of it. This means that making it work for you. If you play 10 tables then you will need a smaller one, if youre playing 4 tables then you can get something more complex.
Think of your needs, what you struggle with in game and then make it personal for you.

Things just always DEPEND.
Lets say we have a guy that is super passive and will call gutshots and weak hands on the flop. Then with AJ we can get value on KJx.
Now lets say we have a guy from Sweden on our left and we KNOW he likes to c/r with draws, now we don't want to inflate the pot with our medium stength hand, but are very happy calling twice vs his likely turn and river bluffs.
Generally, as a rule we need to have some strong hands that we check back flop and call turn with, otherwise we always fold the turn when we check back the flop, which is very easy to counter
This means that checking back the flop with our 2nd pair is generally going to be a good strategy.

Generally we squeeze because somebody does a weak action, meaning that if they are weak they should fold generally. People don't slowplay very much and give you a lot of respect for squeezes at small stakes, if for example button raises (probably weak) and small blind calls (definitely weak!) then we can often pinch the pot. If we call with a medium strength hand we are generally going to have to fold either on the flop or later in the hand unless we have a real monster. Now if we squeeze and get called the opponent basically needs top pair+ to continue after the flop.
Remember when there are 2 medium strength hands, the aggressive player will usually win the pot.

I don't try to squeeze when say UTG opens and then somebody calls because they can easily have JJ/QQ and hands like AK that they didn't want to 3bet vs AK. This means that when I squeeze I won't be comfortable being as aggressive post flop.

It sounds really simple to execute (much easier than a 3bet/4bet bluff IMO) and is really profitable. But why isn't it recommended to low/micro stakes players with a decent amount of experience? (According to the articles at PS, squeeze play is only mentioned in a platinum article) I'm pretty sure the squeeze play suit a TAG style too if done right.
Do you have a range for squeezing? Do you squeeze much more IP?
