I want to record some of my sessions to look through rather than go through my data base to see if i can pick up spots which i may otherwise have missed. Is there any free software any one would recommend?

i know a lot of poker guys use Camtasia. i'm not sure about whether it is free or not.

Try Camstudio, when i got it, it was free and not just a free trial.

I'm fairly sure you can record using Teamviewer7 and that's a free download. Just ask someone more competent how to do it though.

I've just had a go with Cam studio looks ok nice and simple no thrills. Teameviewer looks more like join me when i glossed over it, but i'll have a look a bit later.
