Nice, just wanna say, EV does not work for fifty50, or at least it makes no sense over small sample ;)

Well, they're beatable :P

In HT there are much more very shallow stack plays obv, esp calls with 2-4bb etc, and be sure you call wide enough so always check ICM spots that you're not 100% sure. BUt you know that anyway.... :)

Graph for 7$:

Spoiler

Its 10% ROI

Hi!

As you know, lot of players are not opted in in Sharckscope, so i use their ability factor to decide how good they are and to mark them accordingly. I mark regs with ability 70 as a very good reg. Players with such ability have usually around 5% ROI.

But then can you tell me wtf is this:

I guess it's something to do with the average BI. Sharkscope suggests that if this person was playing $15 SNGs, they'd probably be a winning player.

But i didnt filter for stakes ?(

From sharkscope FAQ:

The Ability rating is a rating that goes up to 100 and shows a player’s ability based on an assessment of all the other statistics we have compiled for that player. It allows you to easily compare players who play significantly different stake levels and tournament types - for example a player who loses a small amount at high stakes games is likely a better player than a player that wins money at very low stakes games - and so may well have a higher Ability rating.

So the explanation could be that he has ran very well in higher stakes that he doesnt play that much at all, but lost mostly in lower games. So sharkscope ability calculator thinks he is good since it values higher BI wins more.

He is a fish anyway _cool:

Hi all!

Havent blogged nor played for a while, cos was looking for a flat to buy in Tartu. I was staying in my friends flat, and obv we also partied alot. So I havent grind almost at all.

And now - finally - I've found the right place - and the notary is on Wednesday next week.

I'll post pics when i have finished moving and decorations, i think the whole process is gonna take 2 weeks max.

Since i'm back in my current home behind my desk, i'm able to grind again.

Gl at the tables!

Hi,

yeah, but all that current X-mas symbolic with Santa and all started as a christian ideological network to invade, take control and manage pagans and their beliefs. They took different beliefs, tied them together into one framework suitable for their needs.

:spade: Feb 2013 and a poetry book :spade:

Hi all!

It has been a while, I had some very busy weeks: (1) I moved in to my very own flat in Tartu and settling in took some time obv. Here's my grinding and workplace:

Spoiler

(2) My publishing house Henrik finally published its first book: Pille Õnnepalu collected poems "Õde" ("Sister" in English). Soon there'll be a webpage www.henrik.ee aswell, where you can buy your own copy :) although i'm afraid that not many who happen to read this blog will also be interested in estonian poetry But anyway, i'm very happy about the book, the disain is top-notch, very modern, here's front and back cover:

Spoiler

Front cover

Back cover

Now, the poker. I played 647 games, 7$ (hypers exclusively) and 15$ 9-man hypers, reg-speeds, knockouts in Pokerstars. Due to very hectic playing routine and not feeling very comfortable starting playing again after a long pause, I dropped 30s, but I will start to play that level again in March. I run pretty well, here's the graph and stats for Feb 2013.

Games: 647
ROI: 11.7%
evROI: 4%
Winnings: 933.28$
Time played: 40 hr
$/hr: 23.38$
ABI: 12.38$

Didnt calculate the exact rakeback, but with stellar rewards etc it was around a 1000-dollar month :f_cool:

So all-in-all, a nice month. I'm very happy that i finally managed to publish that book (also partly funded by poker money), which actually was part of my long term goals stated at the beginning of this blog. Next short term step is to get the webpage up, and pokrewise i set a goal to play at least 1000 games in 15$ and 30$ level. And continue constant work at my game obv.

Good luck and take care!
