Things are kind of looking better. I even regained motivation to add a coaching vid to my daily schedule and i was gaming yesterday only about half an hour.

I don't like how i played this hand. He could be holding slightly bigger overpairs too often there. On the other hand having intiative let's me pot control. If i check on some street(s) he could be doing smt stupid which is too high variance to call.

I don't knmow if this is much but for me it was above average.

Unfortuantely the graph doesn't reflect it so much.

doing not so great on volume wise.
Kind of disappointed that i still haven't figured out how big should 'Rake Attrib' (PT4)be to get 10 strategy points. So far i have lost 2 days by believing i have generated anough rake but it turns out i'm shy about 20%.
This will jeopardize my Gold plan and 20$ bonus i would get once i pull this thing off.

I was creating a screenshot to show the discrepancy between ps.com and pt4 figures when i noticed that somehow Basic view of Results tab had again 'My C Rake Attrib' statistic instead of 'My C Rake Contrib'. It explains those 2 days.

But bb wise i'm doing good.

Not happy with the end of the session. On graph it looks even worse then i felt it. Was chasing flush draws with very bad odds because i felt like a luckbox but this time they didn't complete.

The more i think about it the more i understand that river card is the ugliest one and it is easy fold. The way he played made me believe that he really had flush but i just couldn't fold against fish. Trust issues!

My school was canceled yesterday and i decided to cancel my shopping trip and make a decent grinding session. Played 3x1h sessions. During the session i felt it didn't go swell but looking at graph it was ok. I tried to ignore everything that would interfere my session and it seemed to do the trick.

Good card run has become less good and i'm more often put into spots where i should fold. Sometimes i fold and sometimes i don't. Folding (weak)made hand against fish is frustrating and tilting.
So i have started to experience that again.

When playing bad and you don't take action to fix it then downswing is inevitable:

I marked the spot on graph where i felt that my mindset is not right and i tend to tilt but i still kept playing because i needed to generate rake for 'level up' bonus. This plateau you see in the middle of graph is start of the 2nd session.

I wrote down some points which i believe ruined my mindset and made me tilt.

Cause no1 - Slow PT4.
It takes considerably longer time(after installing new release) to see results for current day. I'm still checking up my progress in the middle of session to see how my red/blue line is doing. Some times it is not possible to draw the graph at all. In this case i needed to check if i had generated enough rake and i can stop playing.

Solution: I have noticed that restarting PT4 fixes both the performance and graph issue. Wait PT4 support to release which fixes the graph issue. Reinstall windows. Occasionally i get alerts from PT4 that my pc is low on memory although i added extra 1gb RAM. My op system is kind of messed up and i have some ideas why.

Cause no2 - not being able to play at € tables
When i logged into Lads on Friday and tried to sit down at € tables i got following error

(I was able to sit down only at £ tables and there were only 4 of them. So i didn't have any table selection option and had to take what ever i could.) I knew i didn't have any ongoing promotion directly with Lads and knew that they weren't planning to push anything on players. I tried to contact them through live support but turns out that they don't have it and i sent an email. My expectations were obviously too high because i received reply only after 14h. So much about 24/7 customer care. Anyway, they replied:

After reviewing your account we can see that you belong to one of our
poker groups which are currently experiencing a
problem from our software providers.

They provided me with a workaround but i wasn't able to test it as by the time i logged in on Saturday the problem was solved. I sent them an email for a reimbursement. Will see what happens.

Solution: I can't see much i can do except change the room for more reliable one with better customer care. But i'm gonna stick with them until they are merged with ipoker.

Cause no3 - Tight schedule / wrong planning
End of the month became quite edgy. In the beginning of the month when i learned about 'level up' promotion i didn't have specific plan. I knew i could afford 10 days when i don't generate 10 SP-s but i didn't know which days they will be. 2ndly i didn't have clear understand what exactly does 10 SP-s mean in number of hands or rake. So in the beginning of month i totally wasted some days because i measured my progress by the number of hands i had played. I finally understood that i have to use statistic related with rake i have paid but as PT4 issued new releases and i kept installing them asap then my reports were reset and i was looking at wrong statistic and it resulted in days when i earned 8-9 SP-s which were total waste of days. And when i exclude days when i truly couldn't play because of school or what ever reason then i felt under pressure by the end of the month. To make matters worse then on 27-29.03 i had full day Oracle trainings which meant that i had to focus 7h during the day time and then had to sit down at the tables and give my best. So, it meant that i found myself in a position where i couldn't take 2 poker free days per week and had to play every day. At the time of writing this post i noticed that i had some kind of a mistake in my calculations because it turns out that when on this Friday when i though had only 1 free day then now it looks like i had 3 days. Which means if i play focused/tilt free today and generate 10 SP-s then i still have a chance to get the bonus.

Solution: Work out the facts and plan in details before plunging into action. For instance i relied too much on pokerstrategy data and didn't notice that they had some days missing and added them later. In future i should make my own (Excel) table for such campaigns and try to figure out how to measure the quota accurately and not improvise on the run.

Cause no4 - Mindset
My cardrun was not so good any more. I found myself too often as agressor OOP with unmade hand and my cbets didn't work and villains had 'it' more often than usually. My steals faced resteals more often than usually. I became more disappointed/angry at myself. One thing that i noticed is that i am not so concerned about relative position of fish at the table. I still remained at the table when he sat to my left. Don't know if this is smt i need to change.

Downfall in detail

btw, in my last post i wrote that i still had chance to get 'level up' bonus if i generate 4$ rake on Sunday. Good news is that i generated 4,55$ rake. Bad news is that i lost 45,65$ while doing it. It is like God is trying to make it clear for me that i shouldn't try to get that bonus. It's exactly as happened with Party. I lost 8$ while grinding for 2$ bonus. Can't remember if numbers where exactly these but the ratio is.

Currently only thing i can deduct from all of this is that i should never try to chase any bonus and force myself to play when i don't feel like it. I should play at my own pace and if i happen to earn some bonus while doing it then good. If i had done careful planning for this bonus then i would have got my 20 days earlier and i wouldn't have had to play during these last 3 catastrophic days. My bankroll would have been 12 BI bigger!!!!
