I have 1,5 week to go and then i finished my 60 days insanity. So within 11 months i did 150 days of insanity and 90 days of p90x

Just did the fittest yesterday and i managed to squeeze out some extra reps again. Still some excersises i don't see myself (or any one else) do more reps since we are time limited to 60 seconds. For instances I can do 118 switch kicks (started with 58 11 months ago) but you can not do 140 without cutting down the form.

Overall am in the best shape of my life and am very proud of it since i know how hard it was to get this far. Still i believe i can make a lot of progress, it is the same as with poker you always think about stuff in other ways by the time you learn more about it.

This whole sport stuff is just the best what happend to me in the last 10 years and it helps me with everything in life. _cool: _cool: _cool:

Has anyone ever tried to do insanity twice per day?

It is possible i guess, if you do not have a regular job. You can do it early in the morning and then 12 hours later.

If it is good for your body................ i doubt it, your body needs time to recover and get better but by working out twice a day you take that time away.

So yeah you can do it but why ? It is of no use at all, instead do insanity for 120 days the regular way.

Today i had to do the recovery workout, instead i did the p90x Kenpo X workout. Pretty hard since i did not do the kenpo x work out for a while.

For people who are doing pullups and having blisters, check this out.

Sick for the last ~10 days again, so not doing anything again :(

At least I'm eating healthy and not gaining weight :)

Anyone has Athlean X videos and willing to send them? I can't find them anywhere...

Wow finished my 2nd round of 60 days insanity today. I will do the final fittest after a day of rest

Took some pictures feel free to think whatever you want to think but am pretty happy anyway. Can't wait to compare todays pictures with the ones from march 2014

by the way the old me pictures are from mei 2012 so 11 months ago.

To bad i did not measure some stuff before i started, my biceps are bigger and harder then they ever been, same with triceps and shoulders.

ty m8, yeah i know that is why i will take measurement before i start my new challenge. From a picture it is hard to see the exact change, the might look not so much bigger but they are so much harder . For instance i could do 3 chin ups 60 days ago, now i can do 12. This increase comes directly from my biceps.
