You're not the only ones that are card dead...
Sitting at 6.5k now at the second break. Very soft table, but unfortunately don't really get to abuse it ![]()
Let's see if my luck can turn around

And I'm out, ended up having to get it in with KQ. Raised from late position over 1 mp limper, got put all in from the blind. If I fold i've got 8 bb left, if I call I'm back in the tourney with like 30. Just happened he had AJ. Ah well.
And a highly disappointing early bust...
AK < 74
Pretty good open shove from middle position with 22bb from the guy with 74 ![]()
Oh well. Shit happens.

You really should have just shoved pre, rather than raising small. There was like 3k in the pot, and you had 8k behind, so you really don't have any room for play post flop. You were giving them such great odds that they're going to call your raise with any somewhat decent hand. By shoving you can either pick up a huge pot pre uncontested, or get it all in (likely heads up) with a decent hand.
As played I would have value shoved the turn. No point really in checking back when you are so short relative to the pot size, and he can call with plenty worse (worse Ax, maybe some Qx, flush draws).
Still sucks though
yh, oh well, going to kill anyone who tries to stop me winning these 3 0.25 man's that i'm playing haha
yeh i should probably have shoved but it's difficult playing way above your bankroll and shoving. oh well. I'm not giving up though going to play some more bigger tournaments at some point especially since i didn't feel too out of place really
