I'm talking about burning money at the two HU SNG tables he wants to add to his mix.

google husng, first hit. Also, 2+2 husng section for some nice articles/topics.

Thanks for advice Bjela I found bunch of useful material will study it in the future!

Being just little bit experienced with HU sng's now, I can't even 2-table them, so you adding two tables on top of your other ten tables, is insane and imo would be burning money.

And even 12 tabling 5max tables alone at Ongame is quite insane.

I do agree with the fact that multitabling sngs + regular hu is not that easy to do. However I don't agree that 12 tabling 5 games on Ongame is quite insane. On Party poker I player 18 tables (14-15 always running) with sessions of 2 hours each 3 sessions a day. I was raking more there got used to it so its all about getting used to things. I wouldn't call me insane as I fell I am far from it, there are certainly people who multitable even more then me so thtats that :)

Quick update

Poker
Its been only couple of days in April but I had about 700$ downswing in 3 days. I seem to be loosing a lot of money in super turbos on ongame, I am still profitable on turbo 22s and 33s as well as 5.5$ .
I talked tonight to my coach and staker, tomorrow we will do brief review but we basically decided that I switch to 22s and 33s exclusively on Ongame. There are several reasons I will just list some of them:

- I have more edge in turbos then super turbos on Ongame
- I think in the long run both 22s and 33s are beatable with positive roi on Ongame couple %
- The games are reg infested but that is unfortunately only way that I will rake 200$ a day goal

I also spoke to Gavron and he mentioned that he rakes far more than 200$ a day playing 22 33 and 54 exclusively 6 hours a day.
I am very unhappy that I have to play 9 hours to rake 200$ it sucks bad. I want to keep my grind to 6-7 hours top, rake 200$ and have time for sessions with students, fitness bike, time to work on my game etc. Grinding 8-9 hours would drastically change my approach since traffic on Ongame really starts from 6pm on + 11s are TOTALLY DEAD traffic wise and it isn't worth wasting time and winrate on 5.5 for me now.
So yeah, all in all, I got about 2200$ to rake until 24th of April to clear FDB of 1500$. In order to accomplish that I will do 22s and 33s exclusively, if some 11 comes up great. I will also play on Ipoker 11s exclusively in the 1st session (3 to 5pm).

My session times will be roughly as following

1st session 3 to 5pm
2nd session 6 to 8:30pm
3rd session 9pm to 00 or 00:30

This is ideal schedule for me as I can go to bed at 2pm latest ,get up at 9:30 drive bike shower eat good breakfast do a session with student at 12 to 1 1:30pm then work on my game and start with 1st session! In between sessions I eat snack meals (tomato salad and drink bunch of water).
Obviously is this is very hard core schedule but I do this for past 2 months or so and it works for me. Time with friends family is sacrificed but while I am in the stake coaching program I will give all my time to poker. When I will be on my own I will randomly decide when to take days off and meet up with friends, go out etc. This is why trips outside of Serbia work great for me because I just grind and then go to new place recharge batteries to grind again!
Don't get me wrong, I also take days off in the program. For example today coach came for visit I played like 10-15 games total today, we just hanged played some PES or NBA in the end some HU for fun :) Yesterday my cousin came from Montenegro to my town Nis, I played only 1st session and went out for some billiards and party , came home at 5 am with some new digits from hot Serbian girls ...

So program is flexible there are days off but volume that is set must be met as simple as that. I am very motivated and goal driven , I also want best for myself and set my goals really high. My coach never set me 200$ to rake daily. That was my and only my goal and now after 10-15 days playing on Ongame I see that something must be changed to meet it. That adjustment is 11,22 and 33 turbo exclusively, all hypers out!

Fitness

Good news ! In last 10 days or so I lost 2 kilos :) I have been cycling bike every day, started 2 days with 3x5 minutes, then 2 days 15 mins, 3 days 20 minutes 2 days 25 minutes and today 30 minutes. I will keep driving bike, eating well and hopefully loosing weight will continue to happen. I can say that I have more energy to grind after driving fitness bike, eating healthy food also helps me I don't feel tired during sessions my concentration is better so overall this is very +EV move to do.
If any of you is wondering whether or not to go for it, I say JUST DO IT and stick to it. I told Gerovit that he can keep 100 euros if I miss a single day of cycling 20 minutes at least!!! Suggest you find someone you trust and do the same thing because you will be motivated to sustain in the whole lifelong project to live healthy lifestyle.

That is all for this update, see you at the tables and happy to see many of you are following blog!

So 700$ swing was around 30-40bins? For hyper games those are not rare at all and should be expected. That's why I would suggest to have very big brm for those games.

Seems like situation is pretty troublesome in ongame these days if 11$ doesn't run and bigger does. Probably means serious lack of recreational players.

Thank you for your input Ghaleon. I did not mention perhaps in my blog but I had 300 downswing on 11s turbo on Party, also downswing on hypers. I am aware that 30-40 buy ins is a joke for ds. I made decision with coach/staker to switch to turbos mainly because I will grind 200$ rake a day faster then on hypers + I have bigger edge on turbos. Downside is that I will be playing Gavron, Demonic and about 7-8 other regs on 22s and 33s but you have to pick your battles , I choose to rake high and improve my game along the way. 22s on Ongame will be like 100s on Stars turbo I am sure :) And yeah, you are right, there is serious lack of recreational players on Ongame for 11s but there is traffic for 5.5$ but that is joke for me to play now after 3-4 months playing 11s +. I hope that things will change on Ongame, some new room will be added , traffic will boost for 11s etc
I will also gradually start studying HU to maybe switch to HU turbo or Hypers. In a long run there is probably more profit to be made there (more fish in heads up, lots of bum hunting ) :)

Now I am finally happy! :)

3 sessions 3-5, 6-8:30 and 9:30 to 11:30pm I managed to rake on Ongame 254$ and on Ipoker 27$ for total of 281$.
Finally I can play decent time and rake my 200$ a day goal. Now it is obvious that even more can be raked but I will not raise the goal rather leave it for April as 200$ per day.
At the end of session I had upswing with lots of 1st places on 22s and 33s. During the whole day I was up and down couple of buy ins, very reg infested games sitting on 5 max with 3 more regs and 1 fish or unknown...
Tomorrow is the new day but this is finally encouraging thing to see that I can easy rake now with 11-22-33 turbos combined.
By the way, I played totally by accident two 54s... One of them I finished 1st and the other I ran with A8o vs AJo bvb :)

Today I played Demonic, Gavron and about 5-6 other regs through out the whole day. I enjoyed playing them all and look forward to more matches in the future. You guys are all very worthy opponents and it is not easy to play against you which makes it even more a challenge for me :)

My HM1 doesn't work with Ongame when it comes to graphs. I will just post sharkscope graphs for 22s and 33s since I have switched to them exclusively. If anybody knows why that may be the case or how to fix it, let me know.

22s so far:
518 games played

Balance: -101$
Raked 1036$
ROI = -0.9%

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

33s so far:
155 games
Balance: 360$
Raked 465$

ROI = 7%

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

This is still LOL sample but since I play 5 max with 3 other regs, sometimes even game with all regs (best case scenario with 2 regs and 2 unknowns), I still feel I have edge to beat 22 and 33 in the long run. Downswings are part of the game and who is not ready should not play Ongame and solid regs. Rakeback is brutal (better than SNE on stars) so it is definitely worth grinding. I also love the fact that I can rake now 200$ easy a day without any worries.

I was using Ipoker because traffic on Ongame was not good overall for super turbos plus turbos 5.5 11 and some 22s.
After I spoke with coach, we decided that I have edge even for Ongame where games are very difficult compared to other networks, so now I just play exclusively 22 and 33 and that helps me to rake 200$ a day which is my goal + sick RB, I will probably have 4k+ month in April...
Ipoker software is also very slow for me, prefer Microgaming to it but opponents are much weaker there and on 6 max there was hardly 1 reg at the table on 11s, so definitely higher ROI is expected there decent traffic but more hours and bad software.

P.S. Pozdrav, ti izgleda svuda imas nalog :)

Ongame is more difficult than other networks? Have you played in pokerstars or fulltilt?

Yes I have played on Stars. Ongame is more difficult because of 2 things: 1) it is 5max vs 6 max with 65-35 but you get less money ITM 2) it is much more reg infested than stars on those limits (for 22-33 limit I am playing at least 3 other regs per game which only leaves one fish/unknown so downswings will be more brutal and it will be difficult maintaining any positive roi there)
As I said before, my goal for April is 3k+ after RB. If downswing happens I might make only 1k a month or end in the 8+k a this month with upswing. Overall I consider myself to be at least brake even on 22 and 33 on Ongame but will also settle for -2% roi pre RB cause that gets me 4k+ a month :)

I think you are wrong here. You cant compare stars 30$+ with anything. The regs are way way way better. I think you overestimate ability of regs in ongame and in other networks. Thats why bumhunters ALWAYS choose to hunt in ongame, microgaming, ipoker etc etc than stars and tilt. In my opinion you should try playing stars because if it is so soft as you mention then you will have no problem to make 3x the 4k of ongame/ipoker you make now

Bumhunting as concept works great for HU games and is primarily used for that. The reason why people would chose Ongame vs Stars is very simple. SNE on stars takes forever to do and you get what rb, not more than 65% right? Ongame with races and everything is way higher + traffic is there for 22+ and up to 5.5 (not much for 11s) so it works out sick with that rb.
Stars pays off to play those high stakes only after you get RB because there is very few people who actually have positive roi on stars before rb, most of them are break even or slightly loosing players so they use SNE to make them the most of money.
In the end it comes down to rake per game also. Ongame is 10% rake per game, so every 22 I get 2$ rake every 33 I get 3$ rake. I need less time to rake more on Ongame and have way better RB then SNE guys on stars have.
In my opinion stars is worth going for only and ONLY when you make the decision to play 100s+ as that is one of the few sites online that has traffic at that limit. To reach 100s on stars you need very strong BR + to start that chase from January 1st because of SNE. I am still in the stake so for this year I will make money on Ongame. I might start stars SNE chase from January 2014 to reach highest stakes and make 10k a month on average. I prefer not to talk that far ahead but there I listed all the reasons why I prefer Ongame to Stars at this moment.
By the way, if you think people are bumhunting on Ongame 5 max 22,33, I suggest you buy in for a month playing those and let me know how the bumhunting went

There are too many flaws in your thought but if you are happy with your decision. You should investigate more because you have way wrong opinion in this but it is your decision. If you think ongame is softer than stars then either you are too good so you should change to stars because you loose much value or you dont know enough facts (as i believe)
