well played. I would maybe push flop because you would be pot commited on turn, and to incrase FE

unlucky tho

I`m still not xylere ( but trying) :) and want to say something.
Preflop:raise $2.50 (5BB),no need to let those guys cheaply in a hand.
Flop:actually you ahead of his range 71%vs28%,but you told that guy is calling station,so you usually don`t have fold equity against him.Flop is not the best to do
cbet.Q is not scary card, but we have 2 spades, and 4,7.Opp can be on FD,can have 56s,34s.So you need to think is cbet appropriate for this flop and against this opp.C/f is good option,or c/call small bet.If you decided to make cbet,do it 2/3- pot size on this board because by doing ~1/2 size bet you give him 3:1 pot odds to call.In your situation push flop if decided to broke.
Turn:I don`t like because board situation gets worse to you-third spade and 6 did
board more coordinated.Of course you have more outs (FD+pair),but you have little FE.When you play draw aggressively the first goal is force to fold, only second hit.I would play this draw passively,c/f,maybe call small bet and reevaluate situation on the river.
Push is EV+ decision against his range, but you should push on flop.

lost to him 2 stack by the way

Maybe this is problem playing against him.
Good luck :)
P.S.By the way you are playing on NL50,time to feed us with more info like vpip, prf,
fold to cbet,wts :)

pre 2,5 push any flop.

I'd raise PF to 3$ and shove flop.
