Just trying the William Hill Poker site and I am not getting any response from software. Are there settings I need to check or does it not work on this site?

It works. Have you checked are hands getting saved on HDD (in Lobby go to Settings->System->Store Hand History Locally) and off course have you added path folder to hands in HM (should be C:\Poker\William Hill Poker\History)?
