First one is tricky, because of W$SD, 2nd one, well it's also hard cause he's Vp$ip is huge , so his range is wide, but I'm going broke in 2nd hand

Hand 1 - 42 hands stats go is irrelevant. Easy fold. not worth callig with paired board.

Hand 2 - looks like a bluff raise. He wants you to fold.If he hit I don´t think he would play it like this. I would call with set and good outs to FH

I'm wondering more about this "all-in" going in a small pot, do they usually have hit it big then or are more bluffing?

It depends from donkey to donkey, but as a general rule its because they hit something. I'd do the same on both hands I think, even though the second guy has a high vpip his AF scares a bit and 15 hands arent that much.

i have called their bets couple of times, and as a rule, they always have hit it then

I think you can definitely go broke on the second hand. It's doubtfull that he's got the flush/straight pushing in like that and even so you have plenty of outs.

2nd defenately a draw.at least 90% of cases.looks likes he is holding a K, maybe even a K of hearts.

big raises always a draws or high cards.why would someone bet 15$ on a 3$ pot?

yea, i toughed also so in the beginning in this limit and called their raises, but they always had it big then, maybe it was just a coincidence
