I would raise flop to 120, villiam often donk 6 or 9, and this way he won't bet turn may be even river. Or call flop, call turn, call river he bets too small. Don't like raise river no one worse hand will pay.

Flop:

With our monster draw we should raise and stack off. Raise to 140 chips is enough.

Turn:

As played, just call here is fine because our hand is not good enough to raise/call but it is too good to raise/fold.

River:

Against this weak player we can raise small to ~240 chips for value but we are raise/folding of course.
Just call is also fine but against weak player like this there is good value in raise.
