Villain stats is 26/22 over 244 hands.
Reason for bluff:
I don't think villain will check back a made hand twice against me on that board. However, by the way I played it, I could pretty much represent Kx myself.

Play hand
$0.05/$0.1 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

Turn: ($6.8) T:h (2 players)

Final Pot: $10.
Villain and I exchanged blows a couple of hands already, and this hand is completely read-based. His stats is 31/26 over just 164 hands. He usually 3bet broadways in position and flat small pp.
My river bet-sizing looks like begging for a call. I think he needs at least 2 pairs to justify calling here, which I think he does not have since he will likely check back river for showdown with a pair or weak 2 pairs on that board. His bet is clearly a stab since I check back turn and river.
