5/8 fitness challenge completed
Did a 15min run so 6/8 completed. Even though i do train i see no difference because i eat fast food all time. When my mood isnt good i eat a lot junk ****. I plan to start a nutrition from tomorrow even though i am not motivated enough, once again. It seems like it was before a century when i was nearly ripped and trained 5-6 hours per day. I see my body now and it is depressing
Pokerwise i started mixing 7$s again. It seems ok so far. Still not in mood to play a huge volume but i guess 220 games so far is better than nothing. Maybe i will hit some late mtts for fun maybe not. I will be happy if i could reach 5k games till next Sunday even though my downswing kill my mood for heavy grinding. Still playing 200+ games per day I guess i am addicted. As quad told me once ''every poker format is good but when you learn hypers it is gg. You want to play all day''
I saw dark skies. I think the movie is very mediocre. I am hugely dissapointed by the end. Meh. Parker is good but i think Statham passed quickly his peak. His movies just dont have the high quality and entertainment of Transporter, Crank 1 and Death Race 1
I watched once again Any Given Sunday. Al Pacino is Al Pacino. I think we are all blessed that we saw so many good actors. Dicaprio, Depp, Al Pacino, McConaughey, Pitt are my favourites but there are more than 50 really really good actors. I see the new generation of actors like Pattinson, Efron, Steward and i am gratefull that i was born before two decades and not now

Still running bad in hypers, making my month difficult to put more volume. Not that my volume sucks, still playing 300 games per day, but i will be happy only if i reach a level where i can play 500 games 25 days per month without feeling tired
Running 1.6k bellow ev really affects my mood to put a huge volume. I dont fear to loose more money but i lack of confidence when i run bad. I am no where near skilled players like Abarone68, L.a.Ruseman, 10bbs, 2Almaz and 3-4 more. So now that i run really bad i try to keep my head together, reviewing a lot, play a lot less tables (from 20+ to 15 steadily most times), so this is the main reason of my less volume. Even though my month is above 4k sngs, i am not that happy
I still enjoy poker and when i dont play, i always think about it. I see myself where i was before 3 years, 2 years, 1 year and 6 month and i am quite happy with my improvement and most important with my mentality. Moreover, i am grateful that i can make money that i planned to make in 2-3 years. As a result i am 2-3 years ahead of my plan ♦
Two little brags:
-I was a player that i watched my red line every 15 mins while playing. As a result my mood was affected here and there. The last three days i look my redline every 300 games. I feel much better
-I open sit every 15$s in peak hours and still i have maintained a 3.1% ev roi while running 189bis bellow ev, since April, in 15$s and playing 5-6 regs at all times. I think i am doing something good
Sportswise:
1) I hate when teams in NBA playing a pussy basketball. Every time Durant had the ball, two players marked him and sometimes even three. If you are a team with guts play him man to man. It was really frustrating to see this every time especially when all the other players except Jackson sucked. Perkins treat the ball like it is alive. I cant understand how this is a starter in a playoff team. Martin is with his ups and downs. I would like to see him in ups in a playoff. Only Ibaka was decent but again wtf? How can he loose so many easy baskets. GOD. It was depressing to see Durant trying everything. In a playoff game one person cant win all the series. Maybe one two games
2) Miami easily won 4-1. I think this 4-1 is an illusion because Chicago was competitive in every game except the 4th. I think with Rose-Deng it would be a 4-3 game in favor of Miami. Miami 2013 champions for sure. Unless San Antonio make a miracle but as Parker said ''We dont have a team to win the championship, we are too old''
3) I know Mourinho from when he was in Leiria. In that moment i said my dad this will become a great coach. As i have said for Rooney when i saw him with Everton's second team. I never supported a club except Olympiakos. I always supported people. Every team Mourinho went, i support it. He was in Porto, i support Porto. He was in Chelsea, i supported Chelsea. The problem is that i am overfanatic with him. Because i saw him growing as a coach and i know things that happened in his carreer i cant stand a bad word for him
I hope he stays in Madrid. Even though he was unlucky in Champions league three years now. He MUST stay. If he leaves Madrid, then they will become the old Madrid. Pokerwise now again and to close up. I was always known as a very easy tempered guy. I maybe laugh one time and explode the next. This affected my poker table attitude. There are many times again that i write in chat go fuck yourself, fucking luckbox fish etc etc etc in regs. I believe this is wrong and no matter how many times i apologize i cant change that. There are people like Stevem fe that i dont even remember how we start fighting that i dont like to fight with. There are some others that i trully respect like L.a.ruseman with who i runned in top range the entire day and i explode in the end in the chat. I dont know if he was it open because never respond
No matter if i respect or not a person, i think my attitude sometimes is bad. I tried to close the chat but i opened again
One day per month i try to put 1k volume. Tomorrow i will try to play 1.5k sngs in one day. I will have chat and skype closed so i can stay focus. I will try to play minimum 20 hours with 1 hour rest. Maybe i will succeed maybe not but i will try it for sure. I will start 11-12 o clock in the morning Greece time
