7$KO bubble A7s P/F

Well, I think it is very easy push, just unlucky they got AK. But with 7bb and A7s, you got to gamble, if you fold here, you will be BB next hand and probably will blind out before seeing any better hand. Also the other 3 players have a lot of chips and it is unlikely they knock out each other. So, you probably have to get it in at some point in order to get in money and it is unlikely you will have any better spot than this.

Thanks, but the BB is only 100 in this situation, so I have 11 BB, and if blinds going out of me, I have another 9,5 BB. If BB 200, it is a very easy push.

I can't load the images you attached there so I don't know if you were using the holdemresources website or the downloadable app. If you're using the app, you can edit the villians' ranges to reflect their looser perceived calling ranges. In equilibrium, pushing A7s here is fairly narrow +EV assuming very tight calling ranges for the 3 villians. If you just add a few extra pocket-pairs and hands like A9s+, ATo to the blinds' calling ranges then your EV becomes significantly negative. If just the BB calls with all Ax hands, then your EV becomes positive again. In other words it's very sensitive to villian's Ax range compared to your 7 kicker.
Even if your villians are not perceived as loose or fishy, they will very often call wider than Nash in this spot especially with ace hands. Collin Moshman talks about this in his "Range Quiz" video I believe.
Personally, I would fold because it's hard to put all three opponents on accurate ranges. At best you're taking a very slight edge and at worst a significantly negative one. If they really are fishy then you're better off passing and surviving longer instead.

Ok, sorry I misread, thought BB was 150. In this case it would be close, according to Nash it is a shove, but if you have some read on villain it would be a fold. So, I think both decisions are ok. It would either be slightly +ev or -ev and is unlikely to change your ROI by much in long run.
