i uploaded funds from my credit card to skrill. My credit card cannot be used for anything gambling online. so now i cant deposit on any websites with the money i deposited on skrill. is there any way around this.

No, there isn't. The only way is to transfer to another Skrill member, who would send you money via poker platform player to player transfer
Second option is to send it to a friend and then he send them back to you than the money can be used for gambling there.s small fee in order to do that.
for 100 is 0.70 something so you will loose 1.4 .
