1.on preflop,i have KK,and i dont 4bet vs his small 3bet,because i think his hand strength is not good ,becasue his 3bet size.so i want to trick him on postflop.

2.on flop:the board is dry,his cbet size shows his hand is weak,so i want to enlarge the pot ,so i only miniraise

3.on turn :he push his all chips ,it seems he dont have monster hands,so i directly calls his push

is my play ok??

First I wont say that his 3Bet Range here is weak just because of his 3Bet Sizing! Same with the CBetSizing even if it looks very smallish.

As played Its okay, but you see what weird Line hes playing so why not 4Betting these Spewtards?

I agree, how weak his 3bet range should mainly be determined by how often he 3bets instead of how big he 3bets. Also 3bet to 150 is actually standard size in this case.
I think the rest of the play is ok.
