3 things you can do:
1. Self-reflect, self-reflect, self-reflect. Do it daily. Figure out best times to grind. When do you have the most energy. What drains your energy. What energizes you. etc. etc.
2. Exercising, sports, proper sleep, breaks, nutrition, hydration, recovery will all help you become more energized, allowing you to put in more volume
3. Gradual improvement! Don't expect to go from 50-80 hours to 100 in a month and maintain that. I would go with gradual improvement, maybe aim for 5-10% higher volume a month. So for example, you could go for 80 -> 85 -> 90 -> 95 -> 100
