Fortunately you have quite mainstream tastes so you'll find most poker rooms will suit your needs. In terms of traffic I would suggest pokerstars, the amount of fish will help with bankroll building because more traffic = more fis, generally. A lot of great rooms offer decent rakeback such as cakepoker, unibet and PKR if you wanna be a rakeback grinder. Hope this helped and feel free to come back with more questions if need be.

I play for about 2-5h per day. About 50k hands per month. Depends on mood, training day or no etc etc..

Im playing 6-10 tables.

I have played so far at Partypoker and Unibet. Would be nice to be tracked. Traffic is really important.

Are there any other features that you would like? At this point I would recommend one of the biggest poker room - PokerStars because the software is pretty good and easy to use. The traffic is very good as well

I currently play on two Pokerrooms and only one of them is tracked.
The tracked one is on the Ipoker network. Ipoker has a huge playerpool and it seems like i'm always with 5 unknowns on the table which sucks. In addition it feels like there are a lot of regs around since whenever there is a table with a fish the queue skyrockets to 10+ people.
That's why i play even less and can't keep my goldstatus.

That's why i'm looking for a new Pokerroom which is tracked and has soft games. That's my most important point, i don't want a reginfested Room and as much fishes as possible. Traffic not always needs to be high since i don't play that much.
Good Rakeback and FDB bonus would be nice, but i'm not looking for those atm since i only want to get my status up to gold so i can unlock the content.

I already looked at unibet since it is mentioned a lot, but it seems like most of the players are playing on the anonymous tables.

I don't understand why exactly the 5 unknowns is a bad thing? it's in these unknowns that we find the fish imo and it also indicates that there aren't too many regs because we've never seen these guys before. I play on ipoker and find that there are a good amount of fish but admittedly it does take a bit of table selection. What about stars? do you play on there? I know i mention it a lot in previous posts but theres phenomenal traffic and from what i can remember there are generally a good amount of fish and i play on the same limits as you and it's even better if you table select well.Hope I helped

Hi I'm currently playing at Poker770. I started with SNG then I tried MTT and now I have decided to start grinding cash tables. The question is should I stay at Poker770 or move to some other room. I thought of moving to other room because it can be pretty difficult to get in 8/9 player table in Poker770 (in micro stakes).

Welcome to the forums!

I agree about the traffic on iPoker.

Have you tried 6-max?
Traffic is a bit better there.

When you are waiting, do you join the waiting list for individual rooms, or "first available" I've found that using "first available" is faster over all -- I just wish you could put in for how many tables you want.

I don't have experience with a lot of different rooms, so perhaps one of the other mods will have other suggestions.

no I haven't tried 6-max. Actually I have just tried Poker770 and Pokerstars. I ragequit PS after having long bad beat right after depositing in there. ♦

When I'm waiting I just wait when a room with 8/9 pops up. I don't use waiting lists cause you can be waiting pretty long time. And haven't even heard of "first available" option...

If it's full ring action you are looking for then PokerStars is probably your best option available! There is always traffic 24/7 and there is tonnes and tonnes of fish! The iPoker network has great traffic for 6 max games as Vorpal has already mentioned and if you are willing to make the change you will have lots of partner rooms to track your account to!

Hi all.
I play mostly mtts on Party but have been playing a lot of cash lately.

I play 6 max NL1/2 or .5/1 mostly during afternoon or evening. I'm finding that at Party its generally the same regs playing with the occasional unknown and consequently my money is for the most part going round in circles.

Whilst I consider myself a decent tournament player, I still have plenty to learn at cash games and have lost more than I have won. I don't mind that, Im still learning.

Though I know I should probably drop down the limits and work my way up, I just cant motivate myself to grind the micro stakes, I don't get the buzz from it.

I don't want to play at PS as my account is not tracked. I do have a tracked FT account but would like some input if possible on alternatives and some idea of the traffic/standard at FT at my limits?

Also, rakeback deals are a consideration, preferably paying cash rather than points.

I play probably between 10 and 20 hours a week cash playing 2 - 4 tables

Any help / comments appreciated.

Hi, had a look and definitely going to open an account and give it a go.
My only query is this:
What is the best currency to open the account in?
I am UK based so obviously £ is my home currency. Every other poker room I have used previously I have always opened $US accounts. With the fluctuating Euro what is the best method in terms of exchange rates etc?

I built up a solid bankroll playing SNG a few years ago and then cashed out - I am back trying to replicate my success building a $100 roll up (Am up to $140 already).

So far, I have accounts on William Hill, Pokerstars, party poker, 888 poker, Titan Poker and Unibet.

Was thinkng about taking the deal on PKR but what is the traffic like?
