Even against a fish we can't fold here. If we was very big stack, he was bigger than us and there were shorter stacks on the table, than we can fold but in this situation we should push.

Why not raise to 3bb with blinds 40/20. You can always call if he ships it for you. But being able to a make post-flop play is rather nice in spots like these.

Ops, my bad. I was thinking that the blinds are 100/200. Yes. With this stacks Its better to raise preflop. There is no need to shove so big stack. If we know that villain is making such a calls than shove is fine but without this info raise to 120 chips against the fish is fine.
