Hello PokerStrategy!
Here to tell everyone that work pays out! Have played something like 1700 tournaments this here and didn´t jumped from the almost break even until the 28th of may! I have been finishing alot of times in pre final table zones and ited some to small prizes!

But this week everything changed:

I´m felling great! Now i got a good bankroll and can play alot of new tournaments!
I´m creating this post not only to talk about this wonderfull last days, I would like to know what the most part of people thinks that I should do now, what should I play and what should I studie to beat the higher buy ins MTT´s! Please let me know!

P.S: Already readed Kill Everyone and whatched great parte of the movies at PokerStrategy! My account isn´t affiliated.

Regarding to beating higher MTT's, just keep working on your game! Looks like you're doing a great job already.

I will play everything from 0$ to 11$/15$ max!
Have bought yesterday "Mental Game of Poker", read something like 25% and I´m liking it! I´m also thinking that would be nice to find a coach to MTT´s but it will be better if he talks portuguese.

Finally I get to use the word "binked"...! The real reward of playing poker, after all, is learning the cool lingo.

Does anyone know whether Full Tilt runs replays of the final tables with hole-cards exposed, a la PokerStars?

I'll just embarrass myself a little by thanking people (I mean, what is this - the Oscars?):

This was my biggest tournament win so far (I know - I'm lazy), and I feel substantially vindicated - probably the typical psychological response, but it's a novel experience to feel that the long hours spent playing, studying, and thinking about poker have begun to pay off in some measure, and that I could buy a wicked fast video-card with the proceeds if only I could ever figure out how to withdraw from a poker site....

I want to give due credit to the coaches here, in particular Pzhon, Collin Moshman, Katie Dozier, Jonathan Little, TwiceT, Aaron Lambert, Phil Shaw, Tobias Reinkemeyer, nanonoko, Tim64, lessthanthreee, TheNose, Unam, TeddytheKiller, ge5sterne, Leatherass, YourDoomPoker, RainmanTrail, and faarcyde. Even Girah's video was pretty interesting

Also my significant other is hugely supportive - no small thing - and has trained me in the art of not losing too much in cash-games

And thanks to Waiboy for introducing me to this site. And a curse on myself for not learning poker in 1999 when I had the chance; I could have started my own online poker room ("FullRake.com") and made all the real dough.

I wish I could say that my immense skill edge and unwavering focus were what won the tournament, but it was mainly winning all the big pre-flop match-ups, and stacking a fish in the early levels immediately after he'd sucked out on the solid player at the table. Making allegedly Nash-equilibrium calls? Hmm, not my cup of tea.

As an aside, in the heads-up phase I was nearly washed over the side of the chat-box by the torrent of rancour and abuse from my opponent's rail, which was amusing and strangely reinvigorating albeit disturbing.

Congrats man how much did you win? $5k GTD right?

The prize-pool actually reached $9486, so first prize was $1812.02 - my tournament winnings graph now resembles a climbing wall.
