MP: 202.55 BB (VPIP: 20.04, PFR: 15.59, 3Bet Preflop: 4.70, Hands: 911)
Hero (CO): 138.4 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 7♠ 8♠

fold, fold, Hero raises to 2.5 BB, BTN calls 2.5 BB, fold, BB calls 1.5 BB

Flop: (8 BB, 3 players) 9♠ 5♣ 6♣
BB checks, Hero bets 6 BB, BTN raises to 12 BB, fold, Hero raises to 32 BB, BTN calls 20 BB

Turn: (72 BB, 2 players) 9♣
Hero checks, BTN bets 35.25 BB, fold

Villain: pretty unknown fish

I cant really write any accurate, i think against a fish i can 3bet bigger on the flop, so can i pot push turn.

Folded to cbet above 50%, it was his first raise on the fop.

Can i lay it down or very weak?

Thanks.

Hi

Agree w 3betting slightly larger.

Turn is rly an fml spot i suppose. U lose to so many boats and flushes. question is whether villain is raising enough 9x combos here.

Flushes: 20 combos?
Boats: 7-9 combos
9X: A9 K9 Q9? 20 combos?
Straights: 2-9 combos depending on whether he plays 78o

I dont think this hand is strong enough to value push. It migjt be too weak to checkfold this though. If he is pushing or betting turn with everything i wrote here then u def have to call down.

Can u tell me what "fml spot" means?

Isn't it a bit optimistic that he raises with so many 9x?

Thanks.

Fuck my life = FML :)

Maybe its optimistic but his vpip and pfr does indicate that he may be more of an aggro fish. Thus i think he could be raising some stronger 9x hands. Maybe he has 10-15 combos only.

I shall leave this thread open as well. Maybe internet or server can post here.

Probably an aggrofish..... I pot-size bet flop, and I never give up that on turn. No way!

He can easily play overpair or 9x like this. I do not really put him on sets. I suppose he would 4-bet them on the flop. He is just in - "w0w, I have top-pair, I am gonna raise" mode ( especially flop is draw heavy ) and then he worries after your 3-bet that he might be behind in this spot, so he having no idea what to do just call. :) I really put him on 9x here often.

Thanks.
