wow, someone is trying to wake up my blog :f_biggrin:

Still not running good so far, B/E at NL100 after downswing @NL200.

At least my exam session ended and now I'm grinding and studying poker more systematically, hope to start running good finally, because my confidence is totally destroyed :f_biggrin:

Crappy June for poker ended, don't even want to turn HM for graph, coz it tilts me, lost majority of this year profits, sucks a little bit(a lot ), but I'm ready to come back stronger now.

Don't cry to give up, cry to keep going. E.T.

So hello July!

Tomorrow I'm waking up at 10am and start everything with fresh head. I made myself daily routine for the first half of the day. I'll be waking up at 10am everyday, after breakfast atleast 1hour of studying my game and then grinding(4-5hours through all day).

One more thing, that I'll try to update my blog EVERYDAY. I'll be writing down progress, results, status of my weekly goals, etc.

So that's it for now, stay tuned and see you tomorrow! :heart:

Day 1

Daily goals:
:heart: wake up at 10am [X]
:heart: study poker for at least 1hour [X]
:heart: analyze one hand mathematically [X]
:heart: do warm-up(today it was mindfulness meditation) before grinding [X]

Weekly goals
:heart: Wake up 10am every morning;
:heart: Study my game at least 6hours;
:heart: Analyze mathematically at least 6 hands;
:heart: 20.000 hands;
:heart: Stick to pre-session routine(WARM-UP!!!) and session rules;

So far today played 2.4k hands and I'm pretty happy with my game, it's not my perfect game, but compared to previous days it's awesome. I would rate ir 8-8.5 / 10.

And here it is a graph:

Day 2

:club: Wake up at 10am [X]
:club: do warm-up(today it was mindfulness meditation) before grinding [X]

Weekly goals so far:
:heart: Hands played 6.200/20.000;
:heart: Poker study hours 2/6;
:heart: Hands analyzed mathematically 2/6;

Today was really hard to get up from bed, but still managed to do this :f_cool: Studied my game for an hour and then grinded almost for 2hours. At the first half of the day I should be grinding minimum 3hours, but atm it's hard to keep focused, so it will be +EV if I won't play anymore for now.

Also yesterday played 2k hands, down 2BIs.
Today 1.5k hands, up 2.35BIs. Was playing far from perfect, I would rate something like 7/10, coz first 500hands I was just clicking buttons, but later managed to focus more.

So graph for today:

Do I look like a nolifer who sits whole day in front of pc?

I have a girlfriend, the most of my time I spend with her. Also hang out with my friends, I enjoy various sports a lot, especially beach vball lately. I'm playing poker just in the first half of the day and at nights(4-5hours a day) and all other free time I'm just enjoying the summer :f_p:

Day 3

After yesterday's morning session didn't touched poker at all. Was hanging out with my friends and girlfriend most of the time. Today didn't play or study because had other things to do. Can't do anything about it, because it's summertime. :heart:

On Saturday I'm participating in my hometown beach vball tourney, so I'm training 4-5hours a day to get back in a good shape. :f_cool:

Now before bedtime I'm going to play at least 1k hand. Tomorrow I'm comming back to my routine and will update how I'm doing. See ya! :heart:

Day 4

Today was only study day. Was sitting in front of poker maths for 3 hours and then had a seminar with other lithuanian cash games players for another hour. Didn't play much, coz after that needed to get some fresh air, so went near the lake with friends, after that 3hours of vball and evening spent with my girlfriend.

One more very important thing is, that from now I'm moving to regular tables, because I need to change something. Playing the zoom causes me bad feelings and fear that I can't beat it anymore. I will just test waters for a while, it's mostly about table selecting and playing just against fishes.

Now off to short session and tomorrow I think I won't be studying my game, coz today did a lot of work, I would better try to play more hands, coz playing regular tables will effect my volume by playing less hands.

Day 5

So today as I said yesterday I wasn't studying my game and was only grinding reg tables.

Finally won some flips and ran above EV:

At regular tables my redline started going down, I don't know why it is so, maybe it's because mainly I only play against fishes and don't pay a lot of attention when fighting with regs. Of course it's small sample and I need to get used, because most of the time are for table selecting, so I need a bit to master this, to be able to play my best game at the tables.

Tomorrow I'll play some hands too, might be that I won't find time for studying again, because of vball tourney, but we'll see :f_cool:

Day 6

All day wasn't at home. At first participated in vball tourney, this didn't go as expected, but at least had some fun. Then spent long evening with my girlfriend, because next day she had a trip to Norway for 4 days.

And when got back home, grinded some hands.

July 7th, week 1,
Day 7

So it's the end of the week, today didn't study my game too. First half of the day spent with my family, then played some basketball. Also watched poker documentary movie "bet raise fold", got to pay 13$ for it :facepalm: not something special, but still was quite intresting.

Then grinded some hands and just now finished my session.

So ok let's sum up this week:

Firstly quit zoom, to test regular tables and I can say that I'm enjoying them at the moment, it's all about good table selection.

Here it is this week's graph @NL100:

I'm glad that redline stoped going down, so it means I'm getting used and ready to crush.

About weekly goals:
Weekly goal was to play 20.000 hands, played 17.3k, but it doesn't mean that I failed, it is because that I switched formats, regular tables causes less volume, I should start setting hours not hands.

Also one of the goals was to study my game at least 6hours, this one succeeded well, but failed at analyzing hands mathematically, had to analyze 6, but managed to do just 2, but I'm not sad about that, coz did a lot of work anyways.

So for the next week goals are pretty much the same, I'll just maybe add something for productivity and mental game, coz there were several sessions where I sucked, I was playing when I shouldn't do that, playing too long and chasing losses and etc.

So see ya, let's make next week better! :heart:
