Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♥ K♥

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to 3 BB, Hero raises to 10 BB, fold, BTN calls 7 BB

Flop: (21 BB, 2 players) T♦ J♥ 4♠
Hero bets 11 BB, BTN calls 11 BB

Turn: (43 BB, 2 players) Q♠
Hero bets 23 BB, fold

Spoiler

Hero wins 41.06 BB

flop: i think should bet/c bigger and also bet /c bigger on the turn. JJ+ AK are probably 4betting pf most of the time. so im actually in pretty good shape against anything. dont expect much fold equity on the flop. calling range should hit quite a bit . pair or overcard + gut and so. but on the turn he has to fold pretty much anything except AJs, KJs, QJs and TT. especially if it is a blank. and without reads i dont epect him to fold this on the river. so i think 2 barrel on any cards is best here. ??????

Hi R,

Your flop size is fine imo, you leave yourself good sizings for turn and rivers given the stacks.

It's a good combo to bluff (board + your hand) so cbetting is great. On the turn it depends on your percevied image quite a bit. You can vbet against some but against others that view you too nitty with barreling, it's a good spot to check/call as well. You have the best hand/equity extremely often so vbet should be possible but check/call can be considered.

If the turn is a blank, I would usually consider 3barreling. As an aproximation, if you only bluff nut draws all the way, you won't have too high of a frequency so you will be reasonably balanced in that sense. It's just a good starting aproximation though, nothing set in stone.

hey!
does also nutdraws count which i spike on the turn? i mean 4 3 barreling .

what can i expect to fold on the river that calls the turn?

with the sizing i used . do i have to b/f ? maybe b/c if the raise is small? or do u also expect people to bluff raise here so that i have some fe equity if i b/shove ?

thx

I mean when they complete or not. Your goal is to make them fold hands like Tx, J9s and so on. You beat that now on this turn which is why I suggested alternatives. You would basically represent TPTK or better with your nut draws meaning your range contains bluffs but is still pretty strong given your equity with bluffs. In some cases, esp IP, you can decide against bluffing because some regs decide on the turn what to do on blank rivers if you bet to prepare a stack off.

I think your sizing is fine overall and against a raise I think it should be a call most often. Against 2pair you have a shitload of equity, if he ever bluff raises here with spades then you are just in golden shape.
