My analysis

This spot is perfect for SB as my 3bet is moslty air and CO open is very wide. Thus his c4bet is almost always a bluff (80%+)
CO knows all the previous so I expect him to be cold 5betting as a bluff some times ( I would at least)
I know that CO's 5b is weak some of the times as he knows that SB is weak because SB knows my Btn 3b is weak.
Therefore my range for shoving pre includes some weak hands such as some PP, high SC etc.
If CO knows that I know all the previous and can estimate my true range I wouldnt be suprised if he called with a hand like AQ/AJo which he was 5bet bluffing but decided he had the odds and called it off
His pot odds are ~ 35% as he needs to call 55 to win 160
Oh and guess his and my actual hand!

0) You are all relatively deepstacked, allowing for more speculative play.
1) Obviously, SB can/will be aware that you and CO have relatively weak ranges here.
2) But, it's a bit difficult if we don't know SBs tendency here. Will he bluff with blockers like Axs, for instance, or KQo. I don't know the dynamics at these stakes and stacks.
3) CO knows 1 and 2 and knows SB is aggro monkey. He also knows you are relatively weakly ranged and squeezed in and can mostly analyse for now with only SB in mind. However, since you are still to act and will know all of the above, he cannot count you out of the equation. CO will perhaps be more inclined to raise a pure value range here that he can call any shove with or play postflop vs. SB. Or, he may just decide to semi-bluff with some blockers, but I don't think stack sizes are good for him in this spot.
4) Does CO have a flatting range after SB's 4-bet? We would like to know SBs postflop tendencies. I don't know how a flat would be interpreted at these stakes (and stacks). It also influences SBs 4-bet range.
5) You will know all of the above. In particular, you know that CO's 5-bet mainly targets SB.
6) Do you have a flatting range after CO's 5-bet? Pot would be 43$ if SB folds, and I think you could conceivably flat KK and AA here, and maybe QQ, hoping for SB to shove, or to stack CO in one street if heads up with him.
7) So you shove, and CO knows 6 and may count on you to sometimes flat KK and AA and maybe QQ after his 5-bet.
Now, to figure out more concrete ranges. It's all gonna be some equlibrium stuff that is hard to pinpoint without better knowledge of all 3 players and solving poker, but I will give it a guess out my behind
SB's 4-bet range: Axs hands, 99+, AKo, KQs, maybe AQo and KQo. I can't even begin to figure out if he would flat some of these hands.
CO's 5-bet range:

Well, the above two are key, because they decide how strongly you interpret CO's 5-bet. I can't figure them out.
Your 6-bet shove range: AK (semi-bluff, blockers and some equity). Some QQ, KK and AA. Maybe AQs because you know that CO knows that you may flat some QQ, KK and AA instead of showing, and then he may call your shove with JJ or even TT which is fine (AQs also have FE, of course).
Your flatting range: Some QQ, KK, and AA, maybe some AK as well. Maybe some other stuff that is not so relevant (since you would probably not shove with it, or would you?)
CO's calling range: He has to call 57 to win a pot of 124, so he has to have about 45% equity. Well, AA and KK, maybe some AK and QQ and JJ too.
In all of the above, it's difficult to say what to flat and what to raise at different points, which again influences if there are some additional hands either of you would add to a raising range as semi-bluffs. Like JTs for instance.
