My thinking is very very likely to be completely wrong here since I'm a low level player, but here goes.

Button min-raises, possibly as a steal or to induce a bluff. Hero is either restealing or has a decent enough hand to call a raise here and instead re-raises to become the pre-flop aggressor. Now the fact we have no info on Hero, BU or BB makes this a little harder so without that info Hero could have anything from a low pocket pair, to hands like low suited connectors, or even something like AKo, KQo, maybe as low as K4o or something else fairly weak that makes a strong hand for restealing.

BU calls, Hero knows BU is likely to have a fairly strong holding here unless BU is fairly passive.

Flop comes K♣ 2♠ A♠ - Hero checks, once again this doesn't really do much to narrow things down that much, but it does help a little. If Hero connected with the board with an A, K, or two spades he's likely going to cbet to protect his hand and/or for value. He might check here if he missed completely since this is quite a wet board. BU checks too.

Turn comes 3♠ and Hero bets into BU. I think this could be a semi-bluff here, maybe with some :spade:, hoping to scare BU off his weak holdings. BU calls, so Hero may put BU on some kind of monster hand that was slow-playing the flop, maybe two pair or trips that saw through his bluff on the turn.

River comes 8♠ and gives Hero the :spade: he needed making him a flush. It's possible BU also had a spade here but we think he had two pair or trips, so that rules out the 2 or A of :spade:, meaning the only card that could make him a threat here is K♠.

BU bets the river, unless BU is very keen to make bluffs all the time, it's likely he has a K♠ here or another high :spade: and Hero's thinking earlier was wrong. BU may have checked with suited connectors, 4,5 and made his straight or a weaker flush on the turn. There's also a chance he could be bluffing still. The odds are good enough and Hero shoves the river hoping to get a call from a worse hand.

Hero turns over Qx T♠ showing he was also looking for a straight too.

--- Just some fishy evaluation there, and wanted to go a little off-track from the other thinking in this topic to give myself some +EV based on the fact most of my initial guesses were already taken.

Preflop: semi bluff 3bet with hand which had a potential, but is not good enough to call to defend blind.
Flop: check because board hits stealer range and hero hopes to get free turn card to complete his draws
Turn: Hero got nuts, time to value bet
River: Button called turn, so even if he didnt already hit flush, he should have flush by now, probably with his K :spade: or Q :spade:, so it's perfect spot to check raise

K :spade:Kx

pre-flop: 3bet would be pretty standard out of position with KK.
flop: Hero hit a set, might go for a check-raise, too bad villain doesn't bet though.
turn: although the turn brings a 3rd spade, hero still has outs to the nuts (full house/nutflush) so he can donk and go broke if villain 3bets.
river: hero has the nutflush, checking it induces a blufbet from villain so that hero can easily check-shove...

NICE HAND!

Hero has King of spades and King of hearts in his hand, so he got the nut flush with his pocket kings.

I believe that Hero is holding KsQx.

The pre-flop re-steal makes perfect sense in a 3-handed game. Villain should have a pretty wide range of steals.

When the flop comes down AK2 with the check is used for pot control to avoid being raised and folding a potentially winning hand. If Villain is somewhat good than this flop is a great opportunity for a raise after Hero C-bets because this is the kind of board you would expect 3-bettor out of position to C-bet in.

After Villain checks the flop it is almost certain that he does not have AX. He might have a hand like 22 or A2 to slow-play on this flop but other than that everything else is weaker than Hero's hand.

Also Hero should not think that Villain has a spade hand which would give him a flush draw on the flop because then a bet from villain would be in order to take the pot down right on the flop with decent odds of winning if called. So after the turn comes a spade giving Hero pair+nut flush draw a value-bet is in order to get value out of maybe pocket pairs or weaker KX hands.

River is a perfect card giving Hero the nuts except for wheel straight flush. If hero were to bet on the river, Villain with a medium flush would be inclined to just call because of a similar hand evaluation. When Hero checks the river like he's afraid of the fourth spade, Villain will definitely bet a medium flush(9+) because checking loses too much value. Then Hero can shove like he did and hope that Villain would put him on a bluff or a weaker flush and call.

Hope my evaluation is at least somewhat logical

Hero had AhAd

I think everyone here needs to think outside the box. Everyone is giving Hero the absolute nuts. I doubt Pokerstrategy would make a "Guess the hand" competition if Hero had the absolute nuts, as it's easy to put him on that. ;)

So as I said, QJo with no spades.
Hero 3bet preflop which is standard at these levels vs. a BTN open. X's flop with some form of showdown value (Q high is strong against Villains suited connectors, such as T9dd and stuff). Bets turn in an attempt to take it down, and then X/Jams river as a bluff knowing that Villain is never super strong here. As I said, when Hero does this it does look like the absolute nuts, but I think he's bluffing with Queen high and no spade here.

AhKs, Hero 3-bets with a decent range here. Hero check in the flop for him to have more income for his 2 pair, Hero bets in the turn for him to have income. Hero check and all-in in the river for his nuts...

K :spade: 9 :spade: makes sense... Preeflop hero 3bet as bluff.

On flop He had a lot of implied odd but he didnt wanted to lead, it was probable check-call, or check-raise strategy, plus free turn is only in his advantige...

Turn is spade, heco knows he is nuts right now, so he betted, on river he wanted villan to think that hero tried to steal flop so he chech to trap him, bc hero is smart...

when Villian better river it was easy all-in.

The preflop 3bet is just a high equity resteal - if we get called we have a ton of playability with suited connectors.

The flop is OK for us but it isn't really the greatest place to shove - though we totally could if we felt the villain's call3 range was wide here - and without seeing stats, we can still assume the villain's call range probably includes plenty of Ax type hands which we are behind, and even some bigger flush draws. Rather than cbet OOP - with little expectation of villain laying down many hands - so the hero plays check-call.

The turn is the case card that gives us the unbreakable nuts - we could decide to check again here to slowplay our hand, but another check behind from the villain is possible and would cost us a street of value from ax or kx type hands. If the villain holds a hand he wants to give up on here on the turn there is little reason he will then call a bet on the river, and there are more draws available to him now - so a bet looking for value out of ax, kx or drawing calls from 4x, K :spade: x, Q :spade: x, J :spade: x, even T :spade: x is the correct play.

River - checked to allow weak hands, missed draws to bluff, completed flush draws or perhaps weird two pair hands to bet, then shoved for value over the top.

Actual guess:

I think hero has either nuts or bluff here, and because everyone already guessed 45s, I will put him on a bluff.
I don't think it is a pure bluff however, I think hero is turning a made hand into a bluff.
I think his checking the flop can very easily be a weak ace looking to check call. I think betting on the turn can be a medium strength made hand which can get value from flush draws. When villain doesn't raise the turn, it makes it less likely for him to hold K :spade: especially since he is gonna be flatting more suited hands pre, I would say his offsuit kings are very minimal here, maybe only KJo.
Villains river bet is very rarely nutted in my opinion so opponent sees this and turns his hand into a bluff to fold out medium/weak flushes.

So my guess is

A3

Spoiler

Non-serious guess: 7:h 2:d . Hero has the hammer and is bluffing for the lolz. $50 plz and thx.

QsQx

Since BT 2X raise, so either trap with monster hand or speculatively hand, therefore reaise 4X might get more information about BT.

Flop Kc2sAs

Hero QsQx might not be the best hand, as if BT has K something is already better then Hero, so check seems the best move.

Turn 3s,

Since BT check after Hero check on flop. So Hero 2/3 pot bet on Turn to protect his hand.

River 8s

As Hero Qs flush is already the 3rd best hands, as BT call on River, which means BT should have a hand. So check raise could make more profit.

K :spade: Q :spade:

Before the flop, hero re-raised 4x BU mini raise, so he was trying to win the pot, not exactly playing this hand post flop from SB, with no position.

After BU call, he checks on K :club: 2 :spade: A :spade: - he has 2nd pair and flush draw, but button called his 3-bet, so he could easily have an ace, but he also checks - BU is on draw, too.

On turn, when 3 :spade: comes, he has nut flush, so he bets ~60% for value, hoping, that (after button checked) he can generate more money with big bet. Button only calls - so he is trying to slowplay.

On river, 8 :spade: closes all posible backdoors, so Hero checks, hoping, that BU has his weaker flush and after Hero's check he will bet. There are no pairs on the table, so full house is not possible - Hero's hand is nuts. BU bets 2/3 pot, hero raises all-in, just how he wanted.

I chose K :spade: Q :spade:, because it is strong hand, but without position can be hard to play. So, looking at the size of hero's 3-bet preflop - he wanted to take the pot with no further action, but, when someone calls him - he has nice hand to play - suited, connector, KQ - and, after big 3-bet, he can represent even better hand. So - BU calls, flop comes - 2nd pair and nut flush draw. Hero's check shows, that he wants to see 4th card - if he had Ax, he would bet big, even out of position, to protect his top pair against flush draw. Weaker K would play postflop same as KQ, but he would not bet so big before the flop, because if BU calls, he has not good enough hand to play with.

Greetings! :)

Hello,
A  K :spade: is my guess.

Without specific stats, being in the SB and OOP, Hero raises 4x Button's open.
After flopping top 2 against a generally wider range of Button, Hero decides to check.
The 3 of :spade: on the turn gives hero additional outs to the nuts here and decides to bet to build the pot.
River: The 8 of :spade: gives Hero the nuts and he decides to check it over to the Button who is the large stack, and also since he called the turn could well have been drawing to a flush as well. Also, he gives him the opportunity to bluff by checking in case he missed or was not too happy with the flop.
Button bets strong and Hero shoves with the nuts:)

Better be A of  :)
Regards.

Ac Ks is reasonable! After a min raise from the button Hero have a good hand and raise to isolate and take the lead (with the worst position). We do not know about their previous history but if Buttons likes to call a reraise the it's ok to 3 bet this big. The flop does not leave much for Button to hit so Hero checks to keep Button in the hand and to induce action later on. When a 3rd spade comes Hero can no longer wait and have to bet hoping for Button to have a high spade in his/her hand or a for instance a weaker Ace. On the river Hero hits the nuts and again fake weakness to induce action which is successful.

A :diamond:k :spade:

pre flop raise shows strong hand , without possition its risky hand. floped 2 pair he decided to trap and checked. turn is a spade and hero is with nut flush draw decided to start betting , river is nuts and hero checked to show weakness after that shoved with nuts :P

Turn: We cannot instantly put him on 2 spades so we bet 2/3 for value and to price him into any FD draws.

River: We check to let all his air/ smaller flush bluff at it before raise shoving.

My toughts exactly. That about covers everything I wanted to write. So my opinion is some ace with K :spade: ,check the flop because the opponent is unlikely to have hit much, then bet the turn to get value out of draws and maybe some other ace, then check the turn to make it look like he does not hold a spade and let the villain bluff or bet a weaker hand and possibly call his shove with a lower flush.

Its most like he was doing the steal with 4s5s pre flop during these size of blinds is pretty often move .On the flop when he hits nut flush draw with 1 out and gutshot he decide to check and see ar turn card free or just flat , on the turn he hits his nuts and now bets for value 3/4th it also might look like a bluff cause they both check the flop so likely villain might call with any bigger spade for example AxQs AxKs after he called the turn ,river brings another spade so now if villain had Ks he concidering his self with nut flush and donk bet on river like 2/3rd the pot which looks like for the value it also might be like some kind of block bet /bluff bet to get some kind of two pair set combos small flushes ,and hero shove on turn so it pretty likely it has 4s5s.
