So the software doesn't work anymore...
All in the sudden it decided not to import any more hands, not to show any more stats in the HUD and not to show player's cards after showdowns anymore. And afcourse no bug report.
I play at PokerStars if anyone needs to know, but i doubt it has anything to do with it.
So in other words: it doesnt work anymore at all. Nice software 
The problem seems to be with pokerstars. Tried it out on titan and it works. Could anyone please answer anything, or there is no such thing as costumer support for this Elephant???
i have this problem with mansion but not with full tilt...i've opened a 3d as well but like here no answer!
Hmm sorry for the late reply, i was little busy the last days. If the import stops, please make sure the portalsettings with the dir of the handhistories and the screenname are correctly configured. Also make sure both elephant and the pokerclient are running with adminrights.
Byside also make sure that the pokerclient is saving the handhistories to the configured directory in the english language.
