A♦Ax
Preflop: assuming Hero is a decent player, we exclude a Call with QQ, JJ because they would have been shoved.
So Hero decides to slowplay AA.
Flop: with the Ad (blocker to nut flush) and villain's polarized range we don't need to protect and just call down.
Turn & River: nothing changes.
7 7
slowplaying on the flop, calling on the turn and hoping for some board-pairing
fwiw, I am the hero and my stats will be somewhere in the 30s!!
Then its K :spade:6
or something. Slowplay Pre by calling 4bet in position. Monster on the flop/turn. Call with the nuts on the river.

Not fair. Cba to change my guess, but not fair anyway. I'm off to throw all the toys out of my cot.
Suggest it was A :diamond:Ax. Very clear postflop with this hand, and preflop possibly balancing our calling range with some aces. or aggresive opp that folds to 5-bet too much.
I think Hero is AA with one
, trying to get extra value pre-flop from UTG, and then traping him with calling postflop
Do not expect Pleno to take this line vs utg with pp's from 22 to QQ. KK, AA not likely because it would be too easy since it is probably expected to get many votes for these hands. ![]()
I rule out bluffcatchers too because we are also perceived here to have pairs like 99+ so villain might be value shoving OTR with Aces or Kings, thinking that it's hard for us to have a monster on this board. So we have to have something that beats an overpair.
We know how Pleno likes pretty hands, too.
My guess is 4 :diamond:5
AA with A of diamonds. Hero is 3betting a very strong range(UTG)ip. When Villan 4bets oop its ok to trap. xxx on flop doesnt help any1's range at all, especially when Hero have A of diamonds. same story on turn, and river.
Hero's hand: AA with A of diamonds
I think Hero has KdKs.
Pre flop: 5 betting vs UTG looks very strong and UTG will probably don't get it in with a lot of worse.
Post flop: I think Hero's plan was to call down UTG to keep his bluffs.
For me the hand is KK. (K :spade:K
to choose colors).
Preflop hero 3bets a UTG raise (which should sounds very strong hand)
When the UTG 4bets then hero should worry of his hand. The usual thinking is to put him on a JJ+ or QQ+ range and maybe add AKs. If hero had AAs he would probably put him all in preflop with this range.
Here calls the 4bet to see the flop
At the flop no ace on flop and UTG raises : so either it is a bluff with AK or a pair. At this point the only scaring hand is AA. So hete calls.
Turn doesnt change anything with a strong raise of UTG again. Now hero begins to push UTG either on a bluff or strong pair. If it's AA nothing will change and if its QQ ofds are that small to lose that its better to call especially considering the odfs that UTG is still on a bluff with AK.
At the river same thinking. Hero is still better than QQ or any bluff with AK, and if he's playing against AA its another AA against KK in a cash game, unfoldable.

Hero flats Aces pre and calls down as the hand isn't really strong enough to raise, but is good enough to bluff catch 3 streets
I would also say AA, he doesn't want to re-raise again because he wants to conceal the strength of his hand a bit and plans on trapping opponent and plans to let his opponent feel in power because he lets his opponent keep the momentum. There is no hand that AA can't beat, and with the 4 on the river, unless opponent has a full house now, he can beat any pair and any two pair and if the opponent holds a 5 that would just be unreal : ) but so unlikely he probably holds an overpair to the board as well.
Hello,
Villain: K♦ K♠
Hero: 6♦ 6♥
It was mentionned that it's a ZOOM table. Who ever has played Zoom will know that players usually are folding pretty fast in order to get as soon as possible a strong hand and jump into the battle.
Hence Villain, by opening UTG and 4 betting, is likely on something pretty strong, something like KK.
Hero on the button 3bet to see where he stands with his 66. When Villain 4bet, Hero would think twice and so just call as it wouldn't make sense to shove all-in with his 66, especially on a Zoom table.
Flop is pretty fine for Hero.
However Hero would just call Villain's C-bet following the flop since Villain might be on a higher pair.
Hero called the bet on the turn (hitting a set!), and eventually called Villain all-in on the river with a full house. All the way Villain thought that his KK were good but I believe Hero won this hand.
My 2 cents
I think it is 4d4c.
Preflop 3-bet as he things he can make Vilain fold - not known if Hero has any history. After Vialin small 4-bet Hero decides for set mining as Vilain indicates strong hand and there is a lot of implied ods expected.
After the flop it is easy call each bet of Vilain and final all-in.
My guess is 4d4c
Hero's Hand: Q :diamond:Qx
Villain raises to 3bb, hero raises to almost 3x, I say too much for AA or KK just cause Hero will be representing such a strong hand. And hero wouldn't want to scare away the villain with this amount of bet if he had AA or KK. QQ will be a viable 3x 3-bet here simply because hero wants to lead the pot, scaring away Ax,pockets and broadway hands. Hero wanted possible wanted to take down the pot with a valid QQ hand.
Villain 4bets hero 2x the 3bet then hero calls. Hero wouldn't just give up the QQ with x2 his original 3bet. Also with the 4bet raise, we could assume that villain is possibly holding a premium pocket pair or AKs.
On the flop, we see a flush draw and straight draw board. The pot right now should be around $187.5, villain's 4-bet was at $90, villain makes a weakish bet of a little less than half pot, hero would obviously call here and not 3bet since 3bet would possibly allow a villain with AKs flush draw push. If hero had a set here, i guess 3betting will be the best option to extract more value and get all the stacks right then and there.
Turn completes a straight draw, but then straight is possibly not happening here with the bet size on the preflop, i think it is safe to assume the 5 is not in our villain's range. Pot size right now would be $332.5, then villain again bets another weak bet-size which is 1/3 of the pot and is very much callable knowing that hero is holding QQ.
River pairs the board, and doesn't complete a flush, hero is pot committed and is very unlikely and wrong to fold at this point.
Because its Pleno I want to say something like 96... 3b pre, power call v 4b. Call flop with gs & backdoor flush. Hit pair on turn and call down. But.... We know pleno like parsley and the 6c on the turn discounts that so:
Hero's 2b flatting range is going to consist of mostly pp's, suited broadways and SCs. So using that I think he's 3betting somethign like:
KK+ and some AK. I think he calls QQ/JJ pre. And Axs/maybe some suited gappers like 97&86/and some offsuit broadways like AJ/KQ.
Once utg 4bets I think hero ships KK, and some AA, AKs, Axs. So we're left with:
AA, AKs, A7s-A4s, 79s.
On the board we have sdv and villain has mostly overcards so we call 3 streets. To call I think we want to block some of his nut hands so imo otr hero could have:
AA/A7hh/A6hhdd/A4dd.
And because I want to choose something different to what a few people have said I'm going with :
A :heart:7
