I'm sure that I did something wrong that my play is so bad. My way of learning is incorrect. I will change it. I'm not right with it so I will stop doing it and I will start learning differently. I will focus on thing which Gordon said in the videos.
I've never making notes during a session.
I've never observing opponents.
I've never tried to adjust to opp.
I do it for only $. I was playing 7-8 tables and I was do it very automatic.
I was evaluating hands because I wanted to make sure that I played it correct. It was excuses. It's not my fault that I'm running bad because I played hands correct.
It's high time to stop doing this thinks because it doen't work correct and brought me to this situation where I am. My results are bad.
I'm not right with it.

I'll start a day from analyze previous session (New Habit).
I'll play shorter session (max. 5 tables).
I'll focus on the game, observe opponents, make notes, reads, review hand history and try to find out how to adjust to the opponent and exploit him.
I'll improve my hand evaluation.

2.
10.00am (duration- 2hours) Session Review- review any marked hand, making notes, review hands with The 5 Steps To Simple Poker Logic.
9.00pm (duration- 3hours)

3.
I'll do it for 30 days, every day.
I don't play session in Sunday. This is one day break but I'll still wake up at 10am and do Session Review. Because of pauze in Sunday, I will do something connected with poker at 10 am on Monday.

Goal: be better player and move up to NL100.

Point 2 isn't done yet. First of all I have to find out proper person and after than discuss with him about this deal.

I've implemented this changes without an accountability partner so far.
Good thing is that I found an acc. parter. We have to discuss details of this deal via skype. I hope we'll do it as fast as possible.
As I said I've worked in new way since Monday.
During the session I play 5 table for 3 hours per day and making notes, review hands. I have to admit that it's so hard work. My hand is so big of information and I don't know how to use it. I hope that after couple of weeks, months it would be a habit and second nature with this stuff. First time is allway hard so I need time to implement it. Probably it's similar when I first time read book in english. It was so hard to read first one. But after first I read second, third and now it's pleasure to read new book.
I'm sure that it would be the same with making notes and using it easily.
Moreover I've just finished 'Analyze previous session'. I have to improve it because I've been reviewing all showdown hands and I've not finished it. Two hours is to less time. So in this stuff I have to implement some changes.
Maybe I will review 5 regs and my hands, something like this.
I need to try it out because this method doesn't work correct.

I was playing just 5 tables. I started session at 9 pm and I was waiting on 'waiting list'.
After the session I was a little confused. First time after implement changes (making note, hand reviewing etc.) I made a lot of notes but I wasn't able to use it. I wanted to but I couldn't. It made me sad and depressed.

Preflop: his calling 3betting range is: TT+, AQs+, and many suited connectors.
Flop: we have easy value bet. Villain calls. This call means for me that he holds draw because as we can see in notes he is passive with it (EE: call 3b oop w/AKs F: 95QF x/c w/AKFd T: 6flush x/ship w/AKflush). Maybe hands like TT-77 (free play 3wp F: T9JF x/c 1-1.75 oop w/KT T: T 2.75-3.75 x/c R: 4 x/c 5-9.25) because he calls 2nd pairs... staff like this.
If villain holds KK, QQ, AJ I expect he plays it fast on this board because of:
- call BB vs MP w/AQ F: 5QTF x/r 7.5-2.5 T: 9 x/c 11.5-19 w/AQ R: 7 x-x
- open UTG w/AK F: 6TAF cbet/broke w/AK vs fish 50bb 2.5-3.75
Turn: again value bet and we get reraise.
He is passive with draws, so no way that he plays it aggressive. Villain don't try to bluff (call BB w/AJs vs BTN F: KQ4F x-x T: Q x don't try to bluff after check opp R: 7flush x) so I don't expect crazy bluff here.
87s completed, 54s too and he can play this hands in this way...
As I said with TP or OP I expect reraise on the flop because of his habit.
I've never seen him bluff, we have not that he doesn't bluff so I folded.

Because of the fact I wasn't sure how he plays in 3bet pots I checked his calling 3bet range and how he plays it:

I was wrong with my assumption that I expect that he would reraise OP, TP on this board. He plays a little different in 3bet pot than 2 bet pot.
As we can see he prefers calling than raising. I expect that this player call more than raise.
So in my opinion I should bet much more on the flop.
He calls twice in this example with underpair (c3b as pfr oop w/TT MP vs CO F: J25F x/c 5.5-7.75 T: 9 x/c 13.5-18.75 R: K x-x) so we can easily bet higher.
His calling range it would be QQ, KK, TT maybe even 99 (I don't know if he holds 77,88 or 99 but I guess he can) SD and FD.
He can easily slowplay JJ like in this example with TT (csq as pfr IP w/TT F: T36F calls 11.7-16.75 set of TT T: 2FF rr shove 50- 20-40)
On the turn we have still value bet. Bet sizing I should change, makes it bigger because he is calling station.
When we are raised we have to fold. this player has to got serious reason for reraising in 3bet pot like with example T6s he's got combo draw, and TT.
so probably bet bigger flop, turn and fold to his aggression...

DAY 2

During the session , it went through my mind that as more as I would have notes about opp it would be easier to gathering information. If I know one reg I don't have to watch him all the time and I could focus only the players unknowns.
This thought through when I remembered one player how he plays. I've played him 3 times so far and I was remembered that he slowplayes the nuts. I refreashed just my notes and just it. No more and I can pay attention to another players.

I waked up earlier today about 30 minuts so I did this post and start reviewing last session.

I've just finished analyzing reg from previous session.
I did notes of 4 reg, every single hands + notes about other players which take part in the hands.
It takes about 2 hours of working, I've got a lot of notes. I have to digest this info about regs because so far I've just had outline how them play and still make huge mistakes like that:

here I do weak fold because what villain reps? AK, AA, KK ? He doesn't get it because he 3bet it preflop. Just only slowplay set 77 and 88 but not many combo of that.I start today SR from analyzing this reg. I'm wondering what I will find out.

I didn't find any similar situation to this. It was first time so not much to say. I found few hands with reraise cbet but not much interesting, big chunk of them was without showdown.
I've analyzed him and I find out that he is able to bluff raise on the turn so probably he can do it on the turn too (o KJ MP vs SB me F: QT8F bets 2.1-3.5 T: Q x-x R: 2 rr 9.5-2.5-7.7 *)
I noted that he bluffs two streets and give up on the river (o KJ MP vs SB me F: QT8F bets 2.1-3.5 T: Q x-x R: 2 rr 9.5-2.5-7.7 *)
The option in this hand could be call turn because probably he can bluff but folds on the farther aggression.

The last session of this week and month:

First week is over since I've watched videos and started implementing changes. Probably I've found out new poker, poker where informations matter. I read about that many times in books but I didn't take it seriously. When I watched video and hear how coach is able to take info from many things I've understood it. Amazing.
It helps me a lot in many other aspects of the game. I've completely forgotten about money and tilt. Making notes is so addictive that you don't remember about it.
I wake up every time with big will to site in front of the PC and do off table work. Recognize regs and find out how they play. All the time I think how to adjust, exploit or use this information during the game against them.
This is big step in my education and I will focus on this. I don't know how much time it takes me to master, probably months but I would like to big good in this.
I've not posted hands to evaluation since Monday because I don't have to do this (probably just one hand). All informations I have in hand history. If I'm unsure I can check it and evaluate in my way. Even when I make a mistake with calling I don't worry. Ok it's find I have info how he plays and I will use it in the future.
I hope that this state would be all the time.

a) this hands I would call on the flop and depends on the villain action. After his check I would float and hope to fold small pp and better Ax like AK, AJ depends on what we holds...
b) I would call flop because villain bets with many worse hands. On the turn we have easy play I guess. When he is betting he is on the top of his range and we can fold with hands worse than JJ.
After his turn check I think that I would check back. Villain likes x/c w/TP so probably he is able to x/c w/OP too. So I don't want to bet and isolate to TP/OP. As we can see villain goes with PP to the showdown with checking.
After second check on the river I would value bet.

What about flush draws?
I think that we can play it passive because we don't have to reraise and isolate to TP/OP. We can easily call flop and try to float on the turn.
When villain fires 2nd barrel we have nice implied odds to call.

I hope I did it in correct way. Good thing is that I tried.

DAY 5

I woke up at 9 am today. It's amazing that I can get up on this time. Previously it was at 12- 01 pm. I go to bad much earlier than before challenge. It's good because I have problem with sleeping. Yesterday after the session I was so tried that at 1 am I went to bed and without problem fell asleep.
So this challenge works in other aspects of my live. I have schedule of the day so I guess my mind is accustoming and is much more calm than before.
As I said I was so exhausted after the session. Still I don't remember regs who I analyzed. It's very annoying, I have a lot of notes, two days ago I analyzed reg and now I'm not able to use gathered infos. I hope it will change in the future.
When I put myself in waiting list I was reviewing notes of players who were at the table. I didn't waste time siting and waiting. Good thing I guess.

During this SR I was examining one reg. I noted every hand when he bet flop and bet turn. Later I will check line bet flop and check turn because I haven't finished yet. I will be looking for tells with bet sizing, compare sizing when bet flop/ bet turn to bet flop/ check turn. what kind of hands he holds when play those line. I will deeply analyze him. I hope he would have nightmare playing against me.
Probably I will analyze him tomorrow during SR because this work is so time-absoring.

DAY 6

Yesterday I analyzed reg. I checked everything how he plays when opens raise and cbets flop. I made notes, assumption and I found patterns, bet sizing tells etc. So I decided that on this sesson I bumhunted this reg. I was in position on him in every table. Unfortunately this way doesn't work for me. This session was so boring. I didn't make notes about other opponent because I wanted to focus on reg. Seriously I don't remember any action against him during the session. I did nothing, I was waiting for good situation when I could use gathered information and I started annoying a little. I noticed that being bored had bad influence on my. I was a little nervous that I lost a bigger pot. It didn't happen during previous week when I was focused on making notes. I guess making notes and being busy during session help a lot not to think about monetary goals and is free tilt.
I have to admit that analyzing reg, knowing about his bet sizing patterns is so useful. Easy game because you know what his bet means.
Playing against not analyzed reg is like being blind. I don't know what to do. Normally I don't know. It's just guessing all the time.
No more talking, I start SR. I will finish analyze this reg. I will check his line when PFR and check/fold or check/call flop and turn.

I've just finished analyzing when pfr and check flop. I have notes without any thoughts so far. I will take a deeper look on it latter. I can say that reg folds 81% (270/220) when he checks flop.
I will check cbet flop and check turn line latter too.

DAY 7

I was back to making notes during the session without bumhunting nobody. Everything was fine, I was busy, no problem with mindset. After 3 hours of session I'm very tired. I can't image sessions for 5hours and more as I played previously. How did I do it?
I don't change my plan. Today and next days I will analyze regs. I have 2 regs in queue. I'd like to check every reg from my limit.
Probably I have to improve making notes. I think, I'm focusing on not important information and notes too many infos which I don't use. I take time for it and don't worry. It's new for me so I hope, I will note infos much better with useful information in the future.
