GL sir, reaching nl100 by summer '11 is certainly an achievable goal.

how is poker viewed in Latvia? are poker winnings tax-free? how does the general public view poker? as i've heard baltic countries are generally pretty poker friendly.

Yeah it's kinda friendly and there are no taxes. Its a great place to go pro cuz I would need to earn like only 300$/month to live an OK life.

I'm still studying, well I'm planing to play at least 1k hands/day it should take like ~ 2.5 hours 4 tabling and around 1 hour to check forums, watching videos etc, so i will try to put in 3.5- 4 hours every working day. I think I will not play that much on weekends but we will see.

hmm wow. It's gonna get tough, that's for sure. I study myself aswell and even though I want to it's just not always possible to get in 1k hands per day, at least not in the long run.

I hope for you that it will work out fine though, and keep us updated so we can give you advice or get advice from possible solutions etc.

What site do you play on? If it's FT they rush poker might be something to consider in the future, you can get in a lot of volume.

Well I play on stars, but I really i don't consider playing rush cuz I want to improve as a player get some sick exploiting skills etc and I think it's close to impossible playing rush. But tnx for the advice.

Basicly Im at the same point and I have the same goal - reach NL100 by the end of the school. Now I had some financial problems and I cashed out everything lol ♦
Now Ill play BSS SH in cake, when Ill get some money from summer-work. So for me it will be reach NL100 in 8 months
