Then you're bound to become a great Poker player, as well :)

E.g. the oldschool German WC3 top players mTw HoRRor, [pG]Fire & mTw Tak3r are all amongst the successful players on our site :)

lol wait, Tak3r uses PS?

I'm so proud! xD!

Hehe ;)
Tak3r was a member for quite some time, but really started playing now planned for a half-year test before SC2 comes out. But if he is as successful as of now, maybe he will stay with poker.

In StarCraft, we have an even better coverage of all the former successful German players - at least 7 of our Black Members and many more diamonds were StarCraft/Broodwar regulars.

Yea, this i'm really not surpised about at all given the SC to Poker history ;] LiquidPoker.net is not something i've visited much (Is it a good site?) but a milestone example of how they've converted their decision making skills across..

Ahh.. But hopefully i'll do alright. I'm doing ok at NL25 at the moment =)

LiquidPoker is a kind of competitor of ours, but they do not really offer own content, like videos or articles.

Basically, PokerStrategy was a kind of German LiquidPoker, but we developed. Our founder is Korn[pG], who also was at one WCG as a player and at another one as commentator.

Well i gotta say that's pretty awesome :)! I'm quite surpised at the history of it all! Korn[pG] has done a good job mind you! As all of you admins have :) I just had a snoop around LiquidBet, it's very all theortical rather than practical content like PS as you mentioned. I might check it out there more!

Oh by the way, looking forward to the JD vs Flash GOMTV final next week?

Flash Fighting~! :)

Damn, always wondered why so many promising wc3 players quit. :)
Anyway, wasn't really pro myself, however i played quite a lot of wc3 back when i was in high school. Also played a lot of wow lately, but i quit when i found out about poker and this site.

It's a shame that you fell to WoW! Dude! :( Oh well :P Everyone fell to that.. i was brave! :) Espcially with the new expansion coming, WOTLK. It's looking like it'll take more lives away.

I'll be waiting for SC2.. I was stunned how late in development the game was when they released the details, same for Diablo 3. After all these years, we had no clue.

Bliss :)

Interesting to know that RTS players are among the best poker players here. Ive played a lot of games online but never hardcore enough to dominate the field. Currently Im retired from RTS and MMORPG and dedicated to poker.

Tibia FTW
just kidding
world of warcraft FTW

I got pro on Halo 2 in 2007 on the MajorLeagueGaming Pro Circuit.

I competed on the MLG Pro Circuit
WorldCyberGames
ProGamingLeague
and GameBattles.com

I wanted to continue my "Career" on with Halo 3 but couldn't find good and dedicated teammates so I quit.

I still play for fun sometimes, but now I want to get serious with Poker .

I play FPS right now for fun but have been really serious about matches with a team ;)

Oh and I like Action like this dude

FPS Dawg!

I was among the top 5 online players in England in FIFA 03/04 (yeah, I know it sucks compared to PES... but PES did not have a good online multiplayer option like FIFA did).

I would have definitely competed in the WCG in S Korea was it not for the fact I wasn't an English citizen. However I regularly represented England in online internationals vs teams like France, Germany etc...

Good days....
