preflop:I 3bet as a bluff against oponents wide range from Bu.I have blocker A.

Flop:not goooood....but I decided to cbet it and make it 2/3 of pot because I think he will almost always fold hands without diamond and he cant have KK...maybe he can call once with KX but I don't expect any floats.

Buuuut....oponent called _cry:

Turn: I hit my top pair but I was quite lost in this spot...I didnt have position and my oponent could have AK or flush so I decided to check it and than I called his small bet...I think if he bets small here he doesnt have AK and with flush he would ch back I think and would value bet or raise the river ?

I don't know exactly but I decided to call this bet It didnt look strong enough to fold my hand.

On the river my plan was ch/fold for sure...If he bets again I think I cant call profitably he will have better hand always I think...

I dont know....what about that turn ? cbet seems like overplay to me and ch/fold too weak _confused:

Hi SmallestShark,

Preflop: OOP I would not 3-bet with hands like this. People call 3-bets IP a lot more often and our hand sucks if it sees a flop. So fold preflop imo

Postflop: As played your line is definitely fine but we have to ck/fold the river. This is a perfect example of why you don't want to 3-bet a weaker Ax here because you'll often be lost postflop and have to play fit/fold.

What's your value range in these spots?

Let's start from there but hands like suited connectors/gappers work well OOP.

You can definitely 3-bet AQ as a default here as well. People call too much IP anyway and that's a value hand. If he 4-bets we can fold of course.

Ok ...and about that bluff 3bet range...I 3bet AX and KX because I have blockers ...I saw it in coaching video by twinn1...he 3bets AX as bluff because he has blocker and players often folds wide range from BU vs blinds ...I dont know...I cunstructed my 3bet bluffing range like top of range I wouldnt call ...for example I would call KJ but KT I would fold in same spot so I 3bet it.
Something like that. How should I construct my 3bet bluffing range ?

People do not fold as much as they used to blinds vs late position so 3-betting hands like KT will get you in a lot of trouble when their calling range has a lot of hands that dominate you.

You will also have a hard time playing when you flop a T or K.

So instead I would look at how you plan to play postflop and build it.

For example 67s has some nice equity postflop and doesn't get you in as many bad spots.
