Is there a specific reason as to why you always play as your last task in the day? Doesnt that make you very tired? Your days seem very long, and I think I would be feeling very tired once I start my session, and have way less focus than I do now :X

Keep up the good work! :)

villain cbet 73% of the time... so probably his range is wide.

betting range:

Turn:

River:

First important thing is bet sizing. Is it worth to bet so big here?
I guess NO. Bet sizing is horrible here.
We don't have to bet for 2/3psb. Villain's never folding Kx, Jx. We want to fold his air and low pocket pairs.

Total combos of hands:
355combos (I've modified a little range, I added more hands to his betting range OTT )

calling range:
209 combos

355-209=146
146/355=41% villain folds 41%

how often our bluff must work?
7.35/(10.5+7.35)=41%

as we can see we have break even bluff.

But as I mentioned bet sizing is horrible. We should bet smaller. Lets say we bluff for $5 and result is the same:
5/(10.5+5)= 32% much better

What do you learn from this example?
villain calls 3rd pair to 2/3psb R.
check back 2ndP on the turn and bluff catch it
he doesn't fold on scare card

Next time when we bluff we don't want to fold his TP, 2nd P and even 3rdP. If we bet 2/3 psb like in this example or 1/2psb as we should the result will be similar.

Keep up the good work! :)

You are right again :) but this is the best time to play. I feel good at this time. Yeap. It's hard sometimes but you know tiredness isn't great excuse.
At the beginning when I started implementing first habits (wake up at 10) it was very hard but when you can see that your results are better you are pomped up and don't worry that you are tired. You work more and more.
As you can see I wake up every day at 8.30 and it's my habit right now. I've got used to it.
Of course sometimes I'm tired so much that when I'm on gym I'm not able to do exercises. So I go home and take a nap or wake up later (at 10) next morning but I have to do all poker tasks.
The worst day which I've had so far was Saturday when I had Dietary Course. Playing session at the end of the day was a nightmare.

I guess I won't play session today.
What a message.
I'm waiting for respond.

DAY 6 (DAY 36)

NL50 FR:

Spoiler

I had to play on Pacific yesterday. I have some money there but after this session I have to move down on NL20 and rebuild.
I hope everything will be ok with my account on FTP and they won't close it and confiscate bankroll. It is my main site. Whole bankroll is there.
I have to play on NL20. I don't have bankroll right now to play on NL100.
I will do my work untill FTP open my account. It sucks but what to do.
Today I will analyze yesterday session on NL50.

I couldn't sleep tonight. This is my the biggest bad beat. I don't want to even thing about losing my bankroll in this way.

Just out of curiousity DID you have a relation to the player in question? I mean if you didnt know him at all I dont think there's that much to worry about?

Easy fold. I'm sure that this line isn't bluff.

Ok. I have to finish with this exercise. I cannot be focused. All the time I look at mail and waiting for respond from FTP.

Just out of curiousity DID you have a relation to the player in question? I mean if you didnt know him at all I dont think there's that much to worry about?

FTP asked me:
'Please explain in detail, any relationship you have with the following player: abc'

Of course not. I don't know him at all. We are both from Poland so this is only connection.
I know that he won nice money 3days ago. He was sitting with $300 in 2 tables. So it was quit nice amount.
2 days ago I had very similar day. I won $500 as you saw on the graph.
I guess this is the reason why my account is suspended.
However I don't understand whole situation. I play professional poker, for living. I cannot play so I cannot earn money.
This whole situation has got bad influence into my mindset. I cannot sleep at night, during the session I was sweating all the time.
Even I cannot take a break because I have 30 challenge.

yeap.. what can I say more...
I'm totally innocent and it's big misunderstanding.
but waiting for FTP respond is so tiring even I don't know how long they will be checking it. Day? 3days? Week? more?
I want to be calm but it's so hard.

I played on NL25 on BWIN. I had great time during the session and even thinking that I could change pokerroom. There are much more tables, much more limits even NL400/600FR. Moreover I've never seen so much fishes at the tables. Seriously.

Good news is that FTP has completed review my account and doesn't have reason to suspect any wrongdoing on my part :)
I had this email after the session so I could sleep without any uncertainty.
It was very tough day. I don't want to think about it again.
Everything is fine so I can move forward and think about future.
Following by schedule I will do Gordon Practice.

lets look at his stat:

Donk bet flop 25% 5/20

what do we learn from this hand?
we know that he is able to slowplay nuts flush. He doesn't donk bet it, he doesn't reraise it. What does it mean?
I guess when this player donks bet he doesn't have good hand because he slowplay nuts. His raise cbet stats shows us it (0% 0/15)

Empirical Evidence:
My smart guessing changes in EE because I can see what his donks bet mean:
