Won't be able to make the start of the coaching session, but here's a hand anyway!

Decided to leave out post flop comments for now as the main focus is on 3betting, but I can always give some comments in the coaching if I can make it

Pre is a relatively standard 3bet imo SBvBU with this hand.

SBvBU I don't plan on having much of a calling range, if a calling range at all. I prefer 3betting or folding instead as a default instead. As a default I 3bet 99+,AJ+,KQ for value, but of course this value range can be expanded against looser opponents. Then I generally 3bet a pretty depolarized range, so hands like suited and offsuit broadways, some of the smaller pocket pairs (88-66) and then usually all Axs as well. T9s/98s usually as well, just so that I have a few more combos that could hit lower flops in my range.

Of course when he folds too often, I expand my entire 3betting range quite a bit, and include more suited connectors/suited 1gapper type hands or even much wider than that, some more Kxs, hands like that. And of course if he doesn't fold very often, I take out a lot of crappy hands like 98s, and instead focus on 3betting mostly for value, while keeping some hands like ATo/KJo in my 3bet/folding range.

And another hand, no comments yet because I'm in a bit of a hurry (but a lot of what I said in the above hand applies, except I do have a calling range in the BU, but love 3betting a lot to put pressure on opponents in position in a bigger pot).

So yeah, I think 43% is too wide so I had kind of been not folding a lot of BB's to his SB opens.. It felt like he was maybe starting to try to adapt, but not by opening any less... so maybe not.

I've also been playing pretty loose aggressive lately (especially postflop IP, 26/21).

I'm not sure is he folds 99, 10s or JJ and I beat 44 and 55 which he probably won't turn into a bluff and obviously backdoor flushes don't fold.

Very good coaching last night. I like this format more then live play. After long time I manage to reach end of coaching.

The format is more seminar-like and I've never done that before. Glad you liked it. I can do this type once in a while but it's hard for me to talk 90 mins continuously plus I need to fine a nice topic. I'm looking for suggestions regarding topics for now.
