That I'm not very good at poker.
It made me more analytical and less emotional. Sort of not caring about bad stuff that happens irl sometimes, because for the most part it's just variance like in poker.
Also made me realize that I'm not as introverted as I previously thought and that I do like interacting with people daily.
Made me learn a lot about proper nutrition and how to take care of my body.
Also that money don't mean much.
And last but not least, taught me how to piss in a bottle while at same time making tons of complex decisions.
Not sure where the last one will be put to use outside of poker.

Easy, when you are on a 12hour journey in a bus, and the toilet is broken... You ask the driver twice for an emergency stop after the 5th beer, and he says NO! An there you have it ♦
Most recently, poker has taught me finally that success is fully realisable - but only after hard work, discipline, emotional control, perseverance through all setbacks, self-belief and -reliance, and possibly some kind of brain transplant.
Oh, and "Drink not from the vessel thou hast just watered."
Poker taught me just how many dumb people there actually are in the world...It's frightening!
