I think preflop is fine.
I b/get it in on the turn. QQ/TT are kind of unlikely because of your blockers and the flopaction, and he doesnt have too many 22 in his preflop range.
I guess his most likely hands would be a picked up flushdraw with some other equity to go along with it.

Hi,

easy bet call. You need less than 33% to brake even here. The board has a million draws.
