I played some hands with the iphone app for stars. Now I wanted to get the handhistory into HM2. So I requested the hh inside the app and got an emaill containing the hh. I copied/pasted the hh into a notepad file and saved it on the desktop as handhistory.txt.
When I clicked on hand importing in the HM2 software and selected the file it just says 'error' and no hands were imported.
Any suggestions?

I cheated when this happened to me. I imported from email through PT4 then pulled the HH's out of the PT4 Processed hands folder - I didn't find a fix either except for this.
don't have PT4 yet... 
well, gonna wait another day if so comes up with a solution, if not I may dl PT4...
tried it again with every single file - all except for two files did work so I think it's ok... don't know what's the difference between these two and the other ~25 but well...
so please close 
Next time you should request the handhistories via the Stars Windows application. I guess this will work better.
