Preflop I would just raise for value. Maybe even take it down preflop.

Flop bet is fine. It's likely just a direct fold at these limits on the flop vs a raise on monotone board.

Turn is a fold.

River is a fold.

At these stakes I think it's generally good population read that players do not raise monotone boards light.

So villain's flop raising range here is likely better Aces, sets and flushes. Only very rarely will it be a flush draw since the majority of players will just flat these.

Some guys certainly will, no doubt about it.

But we should assume it doesn't happen that often. So vs an unknown it's safer to assume they are not going to be overplaying something like A2. But yeah, totally possible he shows up with something random on river But vs the average ranges at these limits it's better to fold.
